Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kompetensi Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Widyaiswara terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat”.Masalah yang dibahas dalamp enelitian ini adalah seberapa besarpengaruh kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran widyaiswara terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran, bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi yang jelas mengenai pengaruh kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran widyaiswara terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah ProvinsiJawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebarkan kepada 80 pesertadiklat sebagai sampel penelitian.Hasil perhitungan Weighted Mean Scored (WMS), menunjukkan bahwakompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran widyaiswara di Badiklatda Provinsi Jawa Barat termasuk dalam kategori baikdengan skor 3,92 dan efektivitas pembelajaran di Badiklatda Provinsi Jawa Barat termasuk dalam kategori sangatbaik denganskor 4,09. Analisis korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y adalah sebesar 0,469 yaitu menunjukkan bahwa korelasi kedua variable berada pada tingkat hubungan cukup kuat.Adapun hasil uji signifikansi dengan uji-t diperolehthitung = 4,696 dannilaittabel = 1,98 0jika dibandingkan yaitu 4,696 > 1,980, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran widyaiswara di Badiklatda Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasi luji koefisien determinasi yaitu bahwa kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran widyaiswara terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran sebesar 21,99% sedangkan sisanya 78,01% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Begitu juga hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Ŷ = 24,449+0,469X, artinya bahwa kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran widyaiswara setiap ada perubahan pada satu unit variabel X maka akan diikuti oleh perubahan pada variabel Y sebesar 0,469 dengan arah perubahan positif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang cukup kuat antara kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran di Badiklatda ProvinsiJawa Barat, hal ini dapat dibuktikan secara statistik. ; This study, entitled "The Effects of Widyaiswara’s Learning Management Competences against the Learning Effectiveness at the Board of Training in West Java". The problem discusses in this study is how the Widyaiswara’s learning management competences influence the learning effectiveness do. This study aims to give a clear description of the effect of Widyaiswara’s learning management competences towards the learning effectiveness at the Board of Training in West Java. This study uses a descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique used some questionnaires which are distributed to 80 participants of the training as a sample. The result of Weighted Mean Scored (WMS) showed that the Widyaiswara’slearning management competences at the Board of Training in West Java included in a good category with score of 3.92 and the learning effectiveness at the Board of Training in West Java was included in an excellent category with score of 4.09. The correlation analysis obtained the correlation coefficient between variables X and Y of 0.469 which showed that the correlation of two variables is in an adequate relationship. The results of significance tests using t-test were obtained t = 4.696 and the value of t table = 1,980 if it is compared become 4.696 > 1.980, it means there is a significant correlation between the Widyaiswara’s learning management competences at the Board of Training in West Java. The result of the determination coefficient was that the correlation between Widyaiswara’s learning management competences against the learning effectiveness was 21.99% while the remaining of 78.01% influenced by other factors. Similarly, the results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 24,449 + 0,469X, it means that every change in the unit of variable X in the Widyaiswara’s learning management competences will be followed by changes in the variables Y of 0.469 to positive change. It is concluded that there is a strong influence between the Widyaiswara’s learning management competences against the learning at the Board of Training in West Java, it can be proven statistically.
