Abstract
Tesis ini berjudul “Pengembangan nilai-nilai pluralisme peserta didik melalui kajian biografi Gus Dur dalam pembelajaran sejarah”. Permasalahan utama dalam tesis ini adalah “Bagaimana pengembangan nilai-nilai pluralisme peserta didik melalui kajian biografi Gus Dur dalam pembelajaran sejarah?”. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan penerapan pengembangan nilai-nilai pluralisme peserta didik melalui kajian biografi Gus Dur, (2) Mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah pembelajaran sejarah melalui kajian biografi Gus Dur, (3) Menganalisis hasil dari langkah-langkah pengembangan nilai-nilai pluralisme peserta didik melalui kajian biografi Gus Dur, dan (4) Mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala guru ketika menerapkan pengembangan nilai-nilai pluralisme peserta didik melalui kajian biografi Gus Dur dalam pembelajaran sejarah pada siswa kelas XI IPA 6 SMA Negeri 4 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Data diperoleh dengan teknik dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran sejarah melalui kajian biografi Gus Dur mampu mengembangkan nilai-nilai pluralisme pada siswa kelas XI IPA 6.;---The tesis entitled “The Development of the Values of Pluralism on Students Based on Gus Dur’s Biography in History Education”. In particular, the tesis focuses on “How the development of the values of pluralism on students based on Gus Dur’s biography in history education. The research is intented do (1) Describing the implementation development of pluralism values of learners based on Gus Dur’s biography of teaching history in the 11th grade of IPA 6 SMA Negeri 4 Bandung, (2) Describing the steps of history learning based on Gus Dur’s biography to develop the values of pluralism of students, (3) Analyzing the results of the values of pluralism development on learners based on Gus Dur’s biography in history teaching class, (4) Identifying difficulties encountered by the teacher during the implementation of the development of pluralism values on students based on Gus Dur ‘s biography in history education to students. This research is carried out by qualitative approach particularly by Classroom Action Research model. Data are colected by observation, interview and documentation. The research finding indicates that the teaching of history based on Gus Dur’s biography was able to develop the values of pluralism in the 11th grade of IPA 6 with actions undertaken.
