Abstract
Kinerja mengajar guru menjadi salah satu hal penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan, karena langsung berdampak terhadap mutu layanan dan pembelajaran siswa. Kinerja mengajar guru dipengaruhi oleh knowledge, skill, self concept, traits, dan motives individu. Kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah yang menekankan peningkatan pengajaran dan pembelajaran di inti teknis sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru merupakan salah satu variabel yang memengaruhi kinerja mengajar guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kontribusi kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru bersertifikat pendidik. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat berkontribusi positif yang signifikan antara (1) kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru; (2) motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, serta (3) kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini mencakup 194 orang guru. 75 sampel diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling dari guru bersertifikat pendidik pada sekolah swasta di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Pearson product moment, determinasi, dan regresi (sederhana dan ganda). Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan adanya kontribusi positif yang signifikan antara (1) kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, (2) motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, serta (3) kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru Sekolah Dasar swasta bersertifikat pendidik. Adapun rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah dalam memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kinerja guru, perlu kiranya memperhatikan kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru sebagai ujung tombak peningkatan mutu pendidikan.;--- Teacher's teaching performance became one of the important things in education, because it will give direct impact on the quality of service and student learning. Teacher's teaching performance is influenced by knowledge, skill, self concept, traits and motives of individuals. Principals instructional leadership that emphasizes improvement of teaching and learning in the core of the technical school and work motivation of teachers is one of the variables that affect on teacher's teaching performance. The purpose of this study is to describe the contribution of the principal instructional leadership and motivation of teachers to teach performance certified teacher educators. The hypothesis of this study is a significant positive contribution teradapat between (1) the principal instructional leadership to teachers' teaching performance; (2) motivation to work on the performance of teachers teaching teachers, and (3) the principal instructional leadership and motivation of teachers working together on the performance of teachers to teach. This research uses descriptive analytical method with quantitative approach. The study population includes 194 teachers. 75 samples were taken by simple random sampling technique from a certified teacher educators in private schools at Bandung. Data analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation, determination, and regression (simple and double). The results of data analysis show a significant positive contribution between (1) instructional leadership principals to the teaching performance of teachers, (2) work motivation of teachers to the teaching performance of teachers, and (3) instructional leadership principals and work motivation of teachers to the teaching performance of certified teachers in private primary school educators. The recommendation of this study is to increasing or improving the performance of teachers, it would need to pay attention to the instructional leadership of the principal and teachers work motivation as the spearhead of improving the quality of education.
