Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar sebagian mahasiswa FPEB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran umum kualitas layanan akademik, kepuasan mahasiswa, dan hasil belajar mahasiswa FPEB UPI angkatan 2013 serta untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variabel kualitas layanan akademik terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa FPEB UPI angkatan 2013. Kualitas Layanan Akademik (X1) sebagai variabel independen, Kepuasan Mahasiswa (X2) sebagai variabel intervening, dan Hasil Belajar (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey eksplanatori. Populasi yang diteliti yaitu seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi FPEB angkatan 2013 yang berjumlah 531 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dan proporsional random sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 228 mahasiswa yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Sedangkan, data sekunder diperoleh dari website yang berkaitan dengan isu dan gambaran umum objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan hasil belajar berada dalam kategori tinggi, sedangkan kualitas layanan akademik dan kepuasan mahasiswa berada dalam kategori sedang. Di samping itu, kualitas layanan akademik memiliki pengaruh positif tehadap hasil belajar mahasiswa FPEB UPI angkatan 2013 ;--- The problem in this research is that learning outcomes of FPEB students is still low. This research purpose is to explain general description academic services quality, students satisfaction, and learning outcomes and to explain the influence of academic services quality on learning outcomes of FPEB students in UPI 2013. Academic Services Quality (X1) as independent Students Satisfaction (X2) as the intervening variable, and Learning Outcomes (Y) is dependent variable. The method of the research which used is an explanatory survey. The population is all of FPEB students in UPI 2013 force who involves 531 students. The sampling used is random sampling and proportional random sampling. The data which used are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained questionnaires to 228 students as sample of the research. While, secondary data obtained from website about the issues and general description objective of the research. The result of the research concluded that learning outcomes is middle level, while academic service quality and students satisfaction is high level. Beside it, academic service quality has a positive influence on learning outcomes FPEB students learning outcomes
