    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berjudul “Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa SMA Dengan Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah Pada Konsep Pencemaran Lingkungan”. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Weak-Experiment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada konsep pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Jamblang Kabupaten Cirebon tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam penelitian ini diukur dari tes yang dikembangkan berdasarkan 5 indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis. Jumlah item tes yang diujikan berjumlah 12 soal berbentuk soal uraian diberikan 1 kali setelah pembelajaran. Respon setelah pembelajaran dijaring dengan menggunakan angket. Data perolehan siswa kemudian di presentasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMA pada konsep pencemaran lingkungan secara umum pada kategori baik (77,2%). Indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis yang tertinggi dari kelima indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis yaitu kemampuan siswa dalam strategi dan taktik dengan persentase sebesar 85,6%. Sedangkan, kemampuan berpikir kritis yang terendah dari kelima indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis yaitu kemampuan siswa dalam memberikan penjelasan lebih lanjut dengan persentase sebesar 72,1%. Siswa dan guru memberikan tanggapan yang positif terhadap pembelajaran yang dilakukan. --- The title of this research is "Critical Thinking Skills of High School Students With Problem Based Learning Concept On Environmental Pollution". Research used Weak-Experiment. The aims is obtain an overview of the critical thinking ability of students to the concept of environmental pollution. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Jamblang Cirebon years academic 2014/2015. Critical thinking skills in this study was measured on a test developed based on five indicators of critical thinking skills. The number of the test is tested 12 item questions about the shape of the description given 1 time after learning. Response after learning was used a questionnaires. Data's acquisition of the students then are presented. The results showed that the critical thinking skills of high school students on the concept of environmental pollution is generally in good category (77.2%). Indicators of critical thinking skills of the highest of the five indicators of critical thinking skills that students' skills in strategy and tactics with a percentage of 85.6%. Meanwhile, critical thinking skills are the lowest of the five indicators of critical thinking skills the ability of students to provide further explanation with a percentage of 72.1%. Students and teachers have responded positively to the learning undertaken.
