Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari kegiatan observasi yang dilakukan di kelas VIII-B, yaitu rendahnya keterampilan bekerja sama antar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara siswa dan guru, peneliti mendapat penjelasan bahwa tidak semua siswa mampu bekerja sama pada saat mengerjakan tugas kelompok. Hal ini membuat peneliti merasa perlu meningkatkan keterampilan bekerja sama dengan cara menyusun strategi dalam pembelajaran Seni Budaya melalui metode Role Palying. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam proses pelaksanaannya penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus, pada setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu, perencanaan,, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, catatan lapangan, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi yang dilakukan pada setiap akhir siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-B SMP Kartika Siliwangi XIX-2 Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada siklus I hasil observasi terhadap siswa untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kerja sama siswa menunjukan angka 50%. angka ini menunjukan bahwa pada siklus pertama hasil yang diperoleh masih dalam kategori cukup. Pada siklus II, terjadi peningkatan yag signifikan dengan angka persentase sebesar 88.9% dan masuk ke dalam kategori baik. Pada siklus III dengan angka persentase 92.6% dan masuk kategori baik. --- This research was motivated from the observation in class VIII-B, which is have the low skill of corporation between each student. It can be seen during when we do the discussion and presentation of learning activity, many student who didn’t finnish the task on group assignments and giving the task to one of the member, and they didn’t respect the opinion of other student. Based on interviews to the student and teacher, researcher got an explanation that not all of student can be able to do teamwork when do the group task. This explanation make researcher think to improve the corporation skill by arranging the learn strategy in art and culture through Role Playing method . The research method who use is classroom action research (PTK) method with a qualitative approach. In the process of implementation in this research carry out in three cycles, each cycles is in four stages, there is planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data will be collected through the observation, file notes, interview and documentation study in every cycles. The subject in this research is student of SMP Kartika Siliwangi XIX-2 Bandung class VIII-B. Based on the results of the study in the first cycles by the observation of student to improve the corporation skill of student figures 50%, this result in the first cycle are still in enough categories. In the second cycles, was happened a significant percentage figures of 83.3% and that was in good category. And for the last cycles or cycles III with 95.8% and the percentage still in good category.
