Abstract
Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penentu intensi dengan 4 pendekatan yaitu personal history, beliefs, personal attitude dan self efficacy terhadap intensi berwirausaha, dan untuk mengetahui perbandingan intensi berwirausaha peserta didik SMKN 9 Bandung dan SMKN 3 Garut. Model yang digunakan adalah Model of Bird’s Contexts Of Entrepreneurial Intentionality sebagai aplikasi terhadap Theory Plan Behavior. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 162 peserta didik dan sampel adalah 114 Peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, angket dan wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intensi berwirausaha peserta didik dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya berbeda antara sekolah. Belief dan personal attitude mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha peserta didik SMKN 9 Bandung. Belief atau keyakinan diri menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha peserta didik SMKN 9 Bandung. Personal attitude dan self efficacy merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha peserta didik SMKN 3 Garut. Latar belakang, usia, jenis kelamin secara statistik berpengaruh tidak signifikan pada intensi peserta didik. Intensi berwirausaha peserta didik SMKN 9 Bandung lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan peserta didik SMKN 3 Garut. Simpulan penelitian, implikasi dan rekomendasi ditujukan kepada sekolah, instansi pemerintah dan peneliti selanjutnya, sehingga diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan dan mendorong peserta didik untuk berwirausaha.;---The main objective of this study is to investigate the effect of various intention with 4 approaches personal history, beliefs, personal attitude and self efficacy to the intention of entrepreneurship, and to compare the entrepreneurial intentions of students SMKN 9 Bandung and SMKN 3 Garut. The model used is a model of the Bird's Contexts Of Entrepreneurial intentionality as the application of the Plan Behavior Theory. The population of this study is 162 students, and the sample is 114 students. The techniques of collecting data are observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that entrepreneurship intention of students and the factors influencing it differ between schools. Belief and personal attitude affect entrepreneurial intentions students at SMKN 9 Bandung. Belief or faith itself to be the main factors affecting the intention of entrepreneurship learners SMKN 9 Bandung. Personal attitude and self efficacy are factors that influence the entrepreneurial intention of students SMKN 3 Garut. Background, age, gender statistically not significant effect on the intention of students. Entrepreneurship intention of students SMKN 9 Bandung higher than the students SMKN 3 Garut. Conclusion of the research, implications and recommendations addressed to schools, government agencies and further research, which is expected to foster and encourage students to entrepreneurship.
