Abstract

Jumlah penduduk Kota Bandung terus meningkat sehingga kebutuhan tempat tinggal juga meningkat. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tempat tinggal, dibangun permukiman baru di wilayah Bandung Timur. Salah satu daerah yang menjadi kawasan permukiman adalah Ciwastra. Dengan dibangunnya permukiman baru akan menimbulkan peningkatan volume lalu lintas pada ruas jalan di sekitar permukiman tersebut. Apabila peningkatan volume lalu lintas tidak berimbang dengan peningkatan kapasitas pada ruas Jalan Ciwastra menyebabkan panjangnya antrian kendaraan dan lamanya waktu tempuh perjalanan. Atau dengan kata lain kinerja ruas Jalan Ciwastra menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bangkitan pergerakan yang dihasilkan permukiman-permukiman terhadap kinerja ruas Jalan Ciwastra. Data yang dibutuhkan yaitu data sosio ekonomi warga yang tinggal di permukiman baru, didapat dengan cara penyebaran angket/kuisioner. Data tersebut selanjutnya diolah untuk menghasilkan model bangkitan pergerakan dari masing-masing permukiman baru dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Untuk mengetahui volume lalu lintas dilakukan perhitungan kendaraan yang melintas di empat titik pada ruas Jalan Ciwastra. Perhitungan kinerja jalan mengacu pada MKJI 1997. Hasil penelitian yaitu, estimasi bangkitan pergerakan dari Perumahan de Green Grande, Jingga Residence, Pesona Ciwastra Permai, dan Buana Ciwastra adalah 951.24 smp/jam. Pada kondisi eksisting kinerja jalan di titik 1 diukur dari nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) = 1.27 (macet), titik 2 DS = 1.06 (macet), titik 3 DS = 0.98 (macet), titik 4 nilai DS = 0.65 (lancar). Bangkitan pergerakan dari perumahan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kinerja ruas Jalan Ciwastra sebesar 31.5% di titik 1, 38.68% di titik 2, dan 39.8% di titik 3. ;--- Bandung population is increase every year, so demands of housing is increase too. To cover demands of housing, East Bandung become residential area. One area that being residential area is Ciwastra. The built of residence will increase traffic volume on the road around residence. If the traffic volume increased but not followed with the increase of road capacity, there will be long queued of vehicles and long time trip. Or in other words the performance of Ciwastra Road will be deacrese. The main purpose of this research is to know the effect of residences trip generation to road performance of Ciwastra. The required data in this research is citizen socio-economic, that obtained by spreading questionnaires to citizen of new residences in Ciwastra. The questionnaires result is further processed to get trip generation models from each new residence with multiple regression analysis. To know traffic volume in Ciwastra, traffic counting are carried out at four location. Road performance calculation is based on MKJI 1997. The results are, the estimation of trip generations from de Green Grande Residence, Jingga Residence, Pesona Ciwastra Permai, and Buana Ciwastra is 951.24 smp/hour. In existing condition, road performance on location 1 measured from Degree of Saturation (DS) is 1.27 (unstable), DS on location 2 is 1.06 (unstable), DS on location 3 is 0.98 (unstable), and DS on location 4 is 0.65 (stable). Trip generation from residenceshaving an affect on decrease of road performance approximately 31.5% on location 1, 38.68% on location 2, and 39.8 % on location 3.
