Abstract
Permainan olahraga woodball hampir mirip dengan olahraga golf. Salah satu cabang olahraga permainan yang masih dibilang baru dalam perkembangan olahraga di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menguraikan ilmu biomekanika tentang perihal permasalahan dan penemuan yang muncul selama melakukan pukulan jarak jauh cabang olahraga woodball dari sisi sudut backswing dan waktu ayunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada anggota aktif UKM Woodball Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif korelasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling yang berarti teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu, menurut Sugiyono (2011, hlm 82). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes ketrampilan pukulan jarak jauh olahraga woodball, video kamera dan software kinovea. Hasil penelitian dengan uji korelasi menunjukkan Besar korelasi Sudut Backswing dengan Longstroke pada olahraga Woodball adalah r = -0,272, p = 0,418 > 0,05, maka Ho diterima, korelasi waktu ayunan dengan longstroke adalah r = -0.376, p = 0.255 > 0.05 Ho diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara sudut backswing, waktu ayunan dengan pukulan jarak jauh olahraga woodball. ;---Woodball is similar to that of sports golf. One of the branches sports still said new in the development of sports in Indonesia. This research outlines of the nature of the problems and discovery that appeared during do research analysis angles backswing and time swing with a blow long-distance sport branch woodball. The study is done at active members woodball indonesia university of education existing pengalam follow sport championship woodball. Methods used is the method descriptive correlation. Technique the sample used is a technique sampling purposive which means technique the determination of sample with certain consideration, according to sugiyono (2011, page 82). An instrument used is the test skills a longstroke sports woodball, video camera and software kinovea. The results of the study by test correlation shows the correlation backswing with longstroke on sports woodball is r = -0,272, p = 0,418 > 0,05, correlation time swing with longstroke is r = -0.376, p = 0.255 > 0.05, so can be concluded there was no correlation welfare between angles backswing, time swing with a longstroke sports woodball.
