Abstract

Salah satu cara paling efektif dan efisien untuk mengetahui kondisi mesin adalah menganalisa getaran dari mesin tersebut. Informasi mengenai nilai getaran dapat diambil melakukan alat vibration analyzer. Namun, Apabila mesin mengalami kerusakan, alat tersebut tidak akan mampu menyimpulkan jenis kerusakan yang dialami. Aplikasi ini akan membantu pegawai dalam menganalisa data getaran yang diperoleh dan memberikan solusi untuk langkah yang perlu dilakukan ketika mesin mengalami kerusakan. Karena menggunakan metode forward chaining berbasis rules based , Maka Sistem Pakar ini akan mengkonversi data perbaikan, menjadi basis pengetahuan yang direpresentasikan kedalam aturan-aturan. Proses analisa bermula ketika pengguna menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang merupakan fakta-fakta dari basis pengetahuan, dan berakhir ketika sudah tidak ada lagi fakta-fakta yang ditampilkan sistem. Sistem pakar memberikan hasil analisa berupa indikasi jenis kerusakan, serta solusi penanganan yang perlu dilakukan pengguna.;---One of the most effective and efficient way to determine the condition of the engine is to analyze the vibration of the machine. Information regarding the value of vibration can be retrieved perform vibration analyzer tool. However, If the machine is damaged, the device will not be able to infer the type of damage suffered. This application will assist employees in analyzing vibration data obtained and provide solutions for the steps that need to be done when the engine is damaged. Because it uses a forward chaining method based on rules-based, then this expert system will convert the data repair, into a knowledge base which is represented into the rules. The analysis process begins when users answered questions are facts from the knowledge base, and ends when there is no more facts show the system. Provide expert system analysis results in the form of an indication of the type of damage, as well as the handling solutions for users to take.
