Abstract

Kemampuan berbicara memiliki kedudukan yang sangat penting dalam pembelajaran bahasa. Sedangkan untuk mempunyai kemampuan berbicara yang baik tidaklah mudah, diperlukan penguasaan kosakata yang cukup, tatabahasa yang baik, kepercayaan diri, dan seringnya berlatih berbicara bahasa Jepang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tetapi, hal tersebut menjadi masalah bagi banyak pembelajar. Oleh karena itu, penulis bermaksud menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif round table dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Jepang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitan quasi eksperimen. Desain penelitiannya menggunakan one group pre-test and post-test design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 3 di SMA Labschool UPI yang berjumlah 20 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tes diketahui bahwa mean pre-test yaitu 8,95 dan mean post-test yaitu 12,8. Dengan demikian terdapat hasil yang signifikan setelah diberikan treatment sebesar 3,85. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik, diperoleh t hitung = 14,6 dengan db = 19 dan nilai t tabel = 2,86 (1%), karena t hitung > t tabel (14,6 > 2,86) maka hipotesis kerja (Hk) dapat diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif round table efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Jepang dan dari hasil angket diketahui bahwa respon siswa dinilai sangat positif terhadap model pembelajaran kooperatif round table. ;---Speaking ability has a very important part in a language learning. On the other hand, having a good speaking ability it self is not easy. It requires a vocabulary mastery, a good grammar comprehension, self-confidence, and some daily Japanese speaking practices. However, it might be the problem for many learners. Therefore, the writer attempts to conduct cooperative learning round table in order to improve the ability to speak Japanese. The method used in this research is Quasi-Experiment. The research designs used in this research are one group pre-test and post-test. The sample in this research are 20 students in the 〖11〗^th grade of social science class at SMA Labschool UPI. The instruments used in this research are test and questionnaire. Based on the results of test data analysis, it is known that the.average of pre-test is 8,95 and the average of post-test is 12,8. Thus, there is a significant result after being given the treatment as much as 3,85. Furthermore, based on the results of statistical calculation, it is obtained as follow t score = 14,6 with db = 19 and t table = 2, 86 (1%), since t score > t table (14,6 > 2,86), the working hypothesis (Hk) can be acceptable. It can be concluded that the use of cooperative learning round table is considered effective in increasing the ability to speak Japanese and the results of the questionnaire show that the students give their positive responses to the model of cooperative learning round table.
