Abstract
Pelaksanaan praktek kerja industri program studi pendidikan teknologi agroindustri memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswanya untuk mengaplikasikan teori yang didapat pada saat perkuliahan. Keputusan tentang jenis pekerjaan atau karir yang dicita-citakan oleh seseorang mempunyai kaitan yang erat dengan pendidikan yang harus diselesaikan dalam rangka mempersiapkan dirinya memasuki dunia kerja. Pernyataan itulah yang mendorong dilakukannya penelitian tentang pengaruh pelaksanaan praktek kerja industri terhadap minat berkarir mahasiswa program studi pendidikan teknologi agroindustri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pelaksanaan praktek kerja industri program studi pendidikan teknologi agroindustri (2) minat berkarir mahasiswa program studi pendidikan teknologi agroindustri (3) pengaruh pelaksanaan praktek kerja industri terhadap minat berkarir mahasiswa program studi pendidikan teknologi agroindustri. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk variabel x dan variabel y berupa kuisioner. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sample sebanyak 35 orang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pelaksanaan praktek kerja industri pendidikan teknologi agroindustri sudah terlaksana dengan baik. (2) Minat berkarir mahasiswa pendidikan teknologi agroindustri memiliki keinginan yang tinggi dibidang kependidikan. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari pelaksanaan praktek kerja industri terhadap minat berkarir mahasiswa pendidikan teknologi agroindustri. Kata Kunci: Praktek kerja industri, minat berkarir, mahasiswa program studi pendidikan teknologi agroindustri Industrial work practice execution program the technological education study of agroindustri give the opportunity to its student for the application of theory got at the time of lecturing. Decision about type of work or career which dreamed of by somebody have the hand in glove bearing with the education which must be finished in order to unlimbering enter the world work. Statement of that's pushing of research about influence of industrial work practice execution to interest of career student program the technological education study agroindustry. This research aim were: (1) To know industrial work practice execution program the technological education study of agroindustry. (2) To know interest of career student program the technological education study of agroindustry. (3) To know influence of industrial work practice execution to interest of career student program the technological education study of agroindustry. Method by used is quantitative descriptive method. Technique data collecting for the variable of x and variable y in the form of kuisioner. Method used for the intake of sample is purposive sample as much 35 people. Result indicate that: (1) Industrial work practice execution technological education of agroindustry have been executed better. (2) Interest of career student technological education of agroindustry own the high desire is area education. (3) There are influence which are positive and signifikan from industrial work practice execution to interest of career student technological education of agroindustry.
