Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya siswa yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) pada nilai Ujian Akhir Semester pada Mata Pelajaran Kearsipan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah siswa Kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung sebanyak 58 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, kesiapan belajar berada pada kategori tinggi, dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa minat dan kesiapan belajar baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar.; The study is done in SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Problems in this research is ineffective study results students Class X Administration Office. This is proven by the high number of students who has not reached Minimal Complete Criteria (KKM) at the end of the semester test scores in the achieves subject. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used questionare. The respondents were students grade X department of Office Administration in SMK Negeri 11 Bandung as many as 58 people. The data technique analysis used is regression analysis and dual analysis regression. The result of this study indicate that the interest in learning include in very high category, readiness to learn in high category, meanwhile student outcome learning include in moderate category. Based on the analyzed of regression, the result revealed that interest in learning and readiness to learn both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward students learning outcomes.
