Abstract
Perkembangan pariwisata di kota Bandung setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan begitupun dengan wisata kulinernya dimana setiap tahunnya banyak bermunculan Café baru, salah satunya Café District 29 yang mana café ini dalam segi penjualan minuman belum stabil. Namun dalam proses pengadaan bahan baku masih belum bisa dikendalikan dengan baik, oleh karena itu perlu adanya sistem yang mengatur proses pengendaliaan bahan baku salah satu sistem Material Requirement Planning (MRP). Dimana sistem MRP ini bertujuan untuk mengendalikan bahan perencanaan bahan baku untuk seluruh bahan baku yang dibutuhkan dalam proses produksi walaupun bahan baku tersebut dibutuhkan dalam jumlah kecil. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian pre-experimental design untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara sistem yang digunakan oleh perusahaan sebelumnya dengan sistem MRP terhadap keuntungan perusahaan.berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui terdapat perbedaaan antara sistem yang digunakan oleh District 29 dengan MRP terdapat selisih pada efesiensi biaya persediaan sebesar 92%, sedangkan selisih pada profitabilitas sebesar 45%. Dari hasil penelitiaan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem MRP lebih efesien dibandingkan dengan sistem yang digunakan oleh District sebelumnya.; Priatini.,S.Pd., co Supervisor Taufik Abdullah.,SE,MM.Par. The development of tourism in bandung city every year increased including tourism culinary where every year apper many new cafe , one of them café district 29 which cafe this café haven’t had stability of sales. But in the process of raw materials could not be controlled because of that District 29 a systems that coordinate the process controlled of raw materials which that is one of the material requirement planning ( MRP ). The purpose of MRP is to control planning raw material for the entire raw material required in the production process although raw materials are needed in small quantities. In this research there are use the methodology pre-experimental design to know the contrast between system that used by the company before used mrp system that will influence profit to company. Based on the results of the research it can be seen there are the differences between a system used by District 29 with mrp there is the difference in the cost of supplies for as much as 92 % , while the differences in profitability as much as 45 % .From the results of researche we can draw that the system of mrp more efficient compared with a system that used by District formerly .
