Abstract

Kinerja mengajar merupakan hal yang berkaitan langsung dengan bagaimana kualitas pendidikan pada sebuah satuan pendidikan. Dalam pencapaian kinerja mengajar yang baik diperlukan beberapa faktor yang bisa mendorong untuk ketercapaiannya, diataranya faktor individu, organisasi dan psikologis. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada kajian dari segi faktor organisasi, dimana apakah terdapat pengaruh jabatan dalam struktur organisasi sekolah dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja mengajar ketua program keahlian. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui gambaran dan menganalisi pengaruh jabatan dalam struktur organisasi sekolah dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja mengajar ketua program keahlian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada 33 unit Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Wilayah 04 Kota Bekasi pada 63 responden dari ketua program keahlian serta 63 responden dari unsure kepala sekolah dan siswa. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengaruh jabatan dalam struktur organisasi sekolah dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja mengajar ketua program keahlian secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang cukup kuat. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut maka direkomendasikan untuk sekolah agar memperhatikan dalam pemilihan ketua program keahlian harus sesuai dengan kompetensi keahlian dan memberikan dukungan berupa konpensasi kepada ketua program untuk melakukan pelatihan dan penelitian agar mampu meningkatkan kemampuan kinerja mengajar demi tercapainya mutu pendidikan yang berkualitas.; Teaching performance is directly related to how the quality of education in an educational unit. In the achievement of good teaching performance required several factors that could push for achieved, the individual factors are, organizational and psychological. This study focuses on the study in terms of organizational factors, which influence whether there is a position in the organizational structure of schools and compensation for the performance of teaching skills program chairman. The goal is to describe and analyze the influence of the post in the organizational structure of schools and compensation for the performance of teaching skills program chairman. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. Samples were taken at 33 units Vocational High School (SMK) in Region 04 Bekasi City in 63 respondents from the head of program expertise and 63 respondents from elements principals and students. Techniques of analysis using descriptive data analysis. These results indicate that the influence of the post in the organizational structure of schools and compensation for the performance of teaching and program chairman of expertise together provide a strong enough influence. Based on these findings, it is recommended to schools to pay attention to the election of the chairman of the program must comply with the skill competency skills and provide support in the form of compensation to the chairman of the program for training and research to be able to improve the quality of teaching performance dami achieving quality education.
