Abstract
Bandung merupakan kota yang dijuluki sebagai kota kuliner. Salah satu rumah makan yang populer di kota Bandung adalah rumah makan Bancakan. Rumah makan Bancakan selalu mengalami kenaikan pengunjung namun jumlah pendapatan yang diperoleh selalu menurun setiap tahun. Seperti pada tahun 2012 pengunjung yanmg datang ke rumah makan Bancakan naik sebesar 3,57 % namun pendapatan yang diperoleh justru menurun pada tahun 2012 sebesar 24,02%.penurunan pendapatan ini salah satunya dikarenakan banyaknya pesaing yang bermunculan sehingga konsumen mempunyai banyak piklihan untuk makan. Teknik pengambilan sample dengan menggunakan stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Menggunakan skala Ordinal Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tanggapan wisatawan tentang physical evidence terhadap keputusan pembelian di rumah makan Bancakan secara umum dinilai cukup baik. Faktor yang mendapat penilaian yang tinggi yaitu pada faktor pehiperal evidence sebesar 2304 atau 51,05%, Hal ini dikarenakan rumah makan Bancakan memiliki bukti fisik yang unik sehingga memiliki skor tertinggi di mata konsumen yang datang ke rumah makan Bancakan, Tanggapan wisatawan mengenai keputusan pembelian di rumah makan Bancakan secara umum adalah cukup baik yang meliputi pemilihan produk, pemilihan merek, pemilihan penyalur, waktu pembelian, jumlah pembelian dan metode pembayaran dengan skor 5196. Secara keseluruhan Physical Evidence berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelianb di rumah makan Bancakan. Kunci: Physical Evidence, Keputusan Pembelian Bandung is a city dubbed as a culinary city. One of the popular eating houses in the city was home eating Bancakan. Eating house Bancakan always increase the number of visitors but the income is always decreasing every year. As in 2012 yanmg visitors come to the house to eat Bancakan rose by 3.57%, but the income actually declined in 2012 amounted to 24.02%. Decline in revenue is one of them because the number of competitors that have sprung up so that consumers have a lot choice to eat. Sampling technique using a stratified random sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Using Ordinal scale data analysis technique used is multiple regression with SPSS computer software tools 17.0. The results showed that the responses of physical evidence travelers on purchase decisions in restaurants Bancakan generally considered quite good. Factors that gets high ratings pehiperal evidence that the factor of 2304 or 51.05%, This is because the restaurants Bancakan have unique physical evidence that has the highest score in the eyes of consumers who come to the house to eat Bancakan, travelers Responses regarding purchasing decisions in Bancakan restaurant in general is quite good which includes product selection, brand selection, the selection of suppliers, the time of purchase, purchase amount and method of payment with a score of 5196.
