Abstract
Judul penelitian yang penulis angkat adalah Adaptasi Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Seni Gambar Ilustrasi Pada Tiga MTs Negeri Di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Sedangkan fokus penelitian adalah “Bagaimana pengelolaan pembelajaran seni gambar ilustrasi diadaptasikan untuk tiga Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri di Kabupaten Bandung Barat?”. dengan pertanyaan penelitian: (1) Bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran seni gambar ilustrasi pada tiga MTs di Kabupaten Bandung Barat ?; (2) Faktor-faktor apa yang menghambat pembelajaran seni gambar ilustrasi pada tiga MTs Negeri di Kabupaten Bandung Barat ?; (3) Bagaimana pola adaptasi pembelajaran seni gambar ilustrasi pada tiga MTs Negeri di Kabupaten Bandung Barat ?. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, studi dokumen dan intreview pada sejumlah informan kunci. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan kategorisasi, reduksi dan menafsirkan data. Hasil penelitiannya adalah: (1) Adaptasi pengelolaan pembelajaran seni gambar ilustrasi di tiga MTs Negeri Bandung Barat menyangkut perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan dampak bagi prestasi siswa. Perencanaan menyangkut KD tentang materi karya seni rupa murni daerah setempat, nusantara dan mancanegara dan menampilkan sikap apresiatif, Pelaksanaan mencakup materi, pendekatan dan metoda, media dan langkah-langkahnya. Umumnya para siswa tiga MTs Negeri Bandung Barat memiliki respon positif, sedangkan dalam mengekspresikan diri kurang positif. Hal ini berkait dengan penilaian dan dampak bagi lingkungan sosial, budaya dan keagamaan. (2) Faktor-faktor penghambat adalah: lemahnya kompetensi guru, lingkungan peserta didik, sarana dan prasarana; kebijakan kepala sekolah, pembiayaan pembelajaran seni gambar ilustrasi. (3) Usaha-usaha menyelesaikannya dengan: adaptasi peningkatan kompetensi guru seni budaya, melakukan adaptasi dengan karakteristik lingkungan sosial budaya masyarakat, karakteristik siswa, mengevaluasi kembali kebijakan Kepala sekolah dan memanfaatkan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) untuk praktek pembelajaran. Saran dari hasil penelitian, yakni bagi guru seni budaya di tiga MTs Negeri Bandung Barat, diperlukan usaha yang tepat untuk mengadaptasikan materi, pendekatan dan strategi serta teknik pengelolaan kelas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat setempat, selain tetap berpegang pada SK dan KD. Bagi Kepala Sekolah di tiga MTs Negeri Bandung Barat diperlukan usaha melengkapi prasarana dalam pengelolana kelas seni rupa, khususnya seni ilustrasi. Bagi Komite Sekolah, membantu sekolah dan guru seni budaya untuk ikut menjelaskan kepada orang tua para siswa tentang karakteristik pembelajaran seni rupa gambar ilustrasi. Bagi Kepala Departeman Agama Kabupaten Bandung Barat, diperlukan usaha pengadaptasian dan pembuatan materi muatan lokal tentang seni Islam yang dapat mendukung pembelajaran seni rupa di tiga MTs Negeri Bandung Barat. The title of the research that the writer adopted is “Adaptasi Pengolahan Pembelajaran Seni Gambar Ilustrasi Pada Tiga MTs Negeri Di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. While the focus of the research is “Learning how to manage art illustrations adapted to three of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in West Bandung regency?”. With research questions: (1) how the implementation of learning the art of illustration in three MTs Negeri in West Bandung regency? ; (2) what factors that inhibit learning the art illustrations in three MTs Negeri in West Bandung regency?; (3) how patterns of adaptation of learning the art of illustration in three MTs in West Bandung regency?. The method used in this study is qualitative data collection techniques through observation, study documents and intreview on a number of key informants. While the techniques of data analysis done by categorizing, and interpreting the data reduction. Research results are: (1) Adaptive management of learning the art of illustration in three MTs West Bandung Barat regarding the planning, implementation, evaluation and impact on student achievement. The planning concerns is about KD concerns about material artworks pure local, foreign and domestic, and displays appreciative attitude, Implementation includes materials, approaches and methods, media and the steps. Generally the students of three MTs in West Bandung regency had a positive response, whereas the less positive self-expression. This is related to the environmental impact assessment and social, cultural and religious. (2) inhibiting factors are a lack of teacher competency, student environment, facilities and infrastructure; principal policies, financing of learning the art of illustration. (3) efforts to solve it: adaptive increase cultural competency art teacher, adapting to the characteristics of the socio-cultural environment, student characteristics, re-evaluate the principal policy and utilize school operational funds (BOS) to practice learning. Advice from the results of the study, namely the cultural arts teacher in three MTs West Bandung regency, right effort needed to adapt the materials, approaches and strategies and classroom management techniques appropriate to the needs of the local community, in addition to stick to SK and KD. For three MTs Principal at West Bandung regency complete business infrastructure required to manage art class, especially the art of illustration. For School Committee, to help schools and teachers to participate in arts and culture to explain to parents about the characteristics of students learning art illustration. For the Head of the Department of Religious west Bandung regency, adapting and making the necessary efforts of local content material on Islamic art that can support learning of art in three MTs West Bandung regency.
