Abstract
Fokus kajian penelitian ini adalah rendahnya perilaku kewirausahaan mahasiswa anggota Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (HIPMI) Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, karena hasil pra penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 193 anggota, hanya 43 anggota yang telah memiliki usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan locus of control terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan, populasi penelitiannya yaitu mahasiswa yang terdaftar sebagai anggota HIPMI UPI, sedangkan sampelnya sebanyak 130 responden. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei eksplanatori dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner sebagai pengumpul data, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan, locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan. Yayat Achdiat, M.Pd This research study focus is the entrepreneur activity lowness of Indonesia Young Entrepreneur Association Member at Indonesia University of Education because of pre-research result shows that of 193 member, only 43 already have a business. The objective of this research is to find out the influence of entrepreneurship knowledge and locus of control towards entrepreneur behavior, research population are registered member of HIPMI UPI, while the samples are 130 respondent. Explanatory survey using inquiry or questionnaire used as data gathering method and the analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression. Research result shows that entrepreneurship knowledge indeed have a positive and significant influence towards entrepreneur activity, locus of control indeed have a positive and significant influence towards entrepreneur activity.
