Abstract

Daya tahan aerobik merupakan faktor penting dalam kondisi fisik pemain sepakbola. Karena daya tahan aerobik merupakan komponen fisik yang sangat diperlukan dalam pertandingan, maka penelitian ini penulis meneliti tentang latihan small sided games dan metode circuit training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan aerobik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan latihan small sided games dan circuit training terhadap peningkatan kemampuan daya tahan aerobik pemain sepakbola. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa Coerver Coaching Bandung, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 20 orang siswa Coerver Coaching Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan selama 8 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 3 kali dalam seminggu. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data yang diperoleh, maka hasil penelitian adalah terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dari latihan small sided games dan terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dari metode circuit training terhadap daya tahan aerobik pemain sepakbola. Jika dibandingkan tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan small sided games dan metode circuit training terhadap daya tahan aerobik pemain sepakbola. Oleh karena itu penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan yang signifikan latihan small sided games dengan circuit training terhadap kemampuan daya tahan aerobik pemain sepakbola.----------Aerobic endurance is an important factor in football players' physical condition. Because aerobic endurance is a physical component that is indispensable in the match, then the author examines the training small sided games and circuit training methods to increase aerobic endurance. The purpose of this study was to compare the small sided games exercises and circuit training to increase the ability of aerobic endurance soccer player. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The study population is students Coerver Coaching Bandung, while the samples used in this study consisted of 20 students Coerver Coaching Bandung. The study was conducted for 8 weeks with a frequency of exercise three times a week. Based on the processing and analysis of data obtained, the results of the study is that there is a significant increase of training small sided games and there is a significant improvement of methods of circuit training on aerobic endurance soccer player. If the comparison is not there is a significant difference from practice small-sided games and methods of circuit training on aerobic endurance soccer player. Therefore, the authors conclude that there is no significant difference in improvement of training small sided games with circuit training on the ability of aerobic endurance soccer player.
