    Abstract

    Teknologi saat ini sulit dipisahkan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari manusia. Pada dunia olahraga kemajuan teknologi sangat diperlukan. Salah satu peran kemajuan teknologi dalam olahraga yaitu sebagai alat ukur yang dapat menghasilkan hasil tes dengan tingkat validitas yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu peneliti melakukan pengembangan alat ukur hurdle jump untuk daya tahan otot tungkai berbasis sensor gerak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat ukur hurdle jump yang dilengkapi dengan sensor optocopler. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode Research and Development (R&D). Alat yang dibuat menggunakan rangkaian elektronika berbasis sensor optocoupler dan microcontroller. Alat ini bekerja otomatis ketika tes dimulai dengan ditandai menekan tombol start pada box. Ketika sampel melakukan lateral jump selama 60 detik maka alat ini secara ototmatis akan menghitung gerakan hurdlel jump, dan buzzer akan berbunyi ketika durasi waktu sudah habis. Hasil tampilan waktu dan hasil gerakan hurdle jump akan tertera pada seven segmen yang terletak pada permukaan box. ---------- Current technology difficult separated with the daily life of human beings. In the world of sports technology advances very necessary. One of the roles of technological advancements in sports namely as a measurement tool that can generate the test results with a high degree of validity. Therefore researchers do development of the measuring instrument hurdle jump to limb muscles of endurance-based motion sensor. This research aims to develop a tool to measure the jump that hurdle is equipped with sensor optocoupler. This research uses the method of approach to Research and Development (R&D). Tool created using laser sensor-based electronics circuit and microcontroller. This tool works automatically when the test is started by pressing the start button is marked on the box. When samples do hurdle jump for 60 seconds then this automatic tool will calculate the lateral movement of the jump, and the buzzer will beep when the duration time is up. The results display the time and results of lateral movement jump will be printed on the segment seven is located on the surface of the box.
