Abstract
Pulau Tidung merupakan salah satu pulau yang ada di Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu, Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Dari tahun ke tahun kedatangan wisatawan di Pulau Tidung terus meningkat. Banyak dari wisatawan tersebut yang datang dengan menggunakan jasa agen perjalanan wisata, namun isu yang berkembang wisatawan kurang merasa puas terhadap aktifitas wisata yang bisa dilakukan dan kondisi dari Pulau Tidung itu sendiri, sehingga peneliti ingin mengetahui seberapa besar komponen-komponen paket wisata yang ditawarkan oleh agen perjalanan wisata dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan berkunjung wisatawan. Untuk menarik wisatawan agar menggunakan paket wisata untuk datang ke Pulau Tidung, tentu agen perjalanan harus meningkatkan kualitas dari paket wisata tersebut, yang terdiri dari enam komponen yaitu transportasi, akomodasi, atraksi wisata, jenis kunjungan, fasilitas penunjang dan penentuan harga. Komponen-komponen itulah yang mempengaruhi kualitas dari sebuah paket wisata. Sementara kepuasan berkunjung wisatawan diukur dengan membandingkan antara harapan wisatawan tentang paket wisata dan kenyataan yang ada di lapangan. Dalam hal ini, peneliti menganalisis tentang hubungan paket wisata dengan tingkat kepuasan berkunjung wisatawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Mengidentifikasi kondisi dari komponen paket wisata yang ditawarkan di Pulau Tidung (2) Menganalisis kepuasan berkunjung wisatawan terhadap komponen paket wisata yang ditawarkan di Pulau Tidung (3) Menganalisis pengaruh komponen paket wisata terhadap kepuasan berkunjung di Pulau Tidung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Sedangkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan paket wisata mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan berkunjung akan tetapi berada pada kategori sangat lemah yaitu 11%. Oleh karena itu, melalui penelitian ini peneliti memberikan rekomendasi kepada agen perjalanan, pengelola komponen-komponen terkait dan pemerintah sekitar di Pulau Tidung untuk meningkatkan, membangun dan menjaga kualitas paket wisata beserta beberapa komponen yang ada di dalamnya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan berkunjung wisatawan terhadap paket wisata tersebut. ---------- Tidung Island is one of the island in the District Administration Seribu Archipelago, Jakarta. From year to year, tourist arrivals on the Island continued to increase. Many of these tourists come with using travel agents, but growing issue rating is less satisfied with the tourism activities and the condition of the Island itself, so the researcher wanted to know how big an effect the tourism package offered by travel agents on tourists visiting satisfaction. To attract tourists to use tourism package for come to the Island, travel agents must be improve the quality of the tourism package which consists of six components, transportation, accomodation, tourism attractions, type of visit, supporting facilities and pricing. Components that are affecting the quality of a tourism package. While the tourists visiting satisfaction measured by comparing between expectation and reality in the ground. In this case, researcher analyzed the relationship of tourism package with the tourists visiting satisfaction. The purpose of this research is : (1) To identifying conditions of the component tourism package (2) To analyzed tourists visiting satisfaction about the component tourism package (3) To analyzed influence component tourism package for tourists visiting satisfaction. The type of this research is descriptive verification with the simple random sampling technique and the total 100 respondents sample. While the analysis is simple regression analysis. The result of research show tourism package have an influence on the tourists visiting satisfaction, but stand in a very weak categories, only 11%. Therefore, through this research, researcher give a recommendations for the travel agents, the people managed of related components and the government in the Island for improve, develop and maintain the quality of the tourism package with some components in it, to improve the tourists visiting satisfaction about the tourism package.
