Abstract

Kesiapan Kerja siswa Lulusan SMK merupakan bekal mereka setelah lulus dari sekolah yang merupakan bekalan yang mutlak dibutuhkan dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Proses pembentukan kesiapan kerja disiapkan bukan hanya dari sisi kompetensi tetapi juga meliputi faktor psikologis dan non psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, kontribusi peran bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa smk, kontribusi motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, kontribusi pengalaman prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, kontribusi peran bimbingan karir, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja dan pengalaman prakerin secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuatitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMK Kelas XII seluruh Program Keahlian. Kompetensi Keahlian yang ada di SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku Cianjur. Teknik pemgambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling, dengan sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Teknik Kerdaraan Ringan (TKR), Teknik Permesinan (TP), Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL), dan Teknik Gambar Bangunan (TGB) sebanyak 120 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor yang menjadi variabel penentu yaitu bimbingan karir, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja dan pengalaman prakerin berkorelasi tinggi terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. bimbingan karir memberikan kontribusi yang besar dalam membentuk kesiapan kerja siswa yakni sebesar 52,40% artinya bimbingan karier secara psikologis memberikan bekalan bagi siswa serta memberikan pedoman dalam memilih karir yang sesuai dengan bakat, minat dan kemampuannya. Diperkuat dengan motivasi memasuki memasuki dunia kerja diharapkan siswa memiliki kemantapan dalam kesiapan kerja dalam hal ini memberikan kontribusi sebesar 44,4 %, Pengalaman prakerin memberikan kontribusi sebesar 42,8%. Prakerin sebagai bagian dari pengalaman siswa di dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya pada saat mereka masih menuntut ilmu di sekolah menjadikan mereka memiliki basis pengalaman untuk mengetahui dan memberikan bekalan pada saat mereka telah bekerja yang sesungguhnya. Sementara itu untuk perhitungan kontribusi ketiga variabel secara simultan terhadap variabel Y diperoleh sebesar 63,70 %, artinya kontribusi yang lebih besar jika ketiga variabel berperan secara simultan. ---------- Work readiness graduated student of SMK is the necessary provision of graduating from the school which is absolutely necesary entering the work force. The process of formation of job readiness is prepared not only in term of competence but also includes psychological and non psychological factors. This study aims to determine the contribution role of career guidance to work readiness of SMK’s Students, motivation to enter the word of work againt the work readiness of SMK’s Students,contributing experience prakerin to to work readiness of SMK’s Students, and contributing role of career guidance, motivation to enter the world of work and experience of prakerin together to the work readiness of the SMK’s students. This research uses a correlational descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population is student grade XII SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku Cianjur year 2014-2015 in all skill program Competence Expertise were engineering of vehivle light (TKR), Engineering Machinery (TP), Engineer of Mechanical Power Installation (TITL), and architecture Engineering (TGB). Technique to get sample using technique of random sampling, as many as 120 students. Methods of data collection using likert scale questionnaire. Data was analized using deskiptif statistic analysis. The result showed that all here factors become decisive variables that career guidance, motivation to enter the world of work and experience of prakerin highly correlated to the work readinessof SMK student’s., amounting to 52,40% mean that career guidance give psychological provision for students as well as provide guidance in choosing a career that suits with their talents, interest and abilities. Reinforced with motivation entering the world of workforce is expected to have stability in the work readiness in this regard contributed 44,4%, Prakerin experience contributed by 42,8%. Prakerin as part of the student experience in the real world of work while stii studying at school makes them have experience to know about the real world of work. Meanwhile, for the calculation of the three variables simultaneously contribute to variable Y obtained by 63.70%, which means a greater contribution if the three variables act simultaneously
