Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji penerapan prinsip daya sanjung dan daya luka yang termuat di dalam tuturan dan tindak tutur pada program televisi Indonesia Lawak Klub. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Prinsip Daya Sanjung dan Daya Luka yang merupakan salah satu nilai dasar dari teori Prinsip Saling Tenggang Rasa. Ada dua tahapan analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Pertama adalah analisis semantik leksikal untuk mengkaji makna yang tersurat dari setiap tuturan. Kedua adalah analisis pragmatik yang menjabarkan unsur tuturan, penutur, mitra tutur, dan konteks tuturan untuk mengkaji makna yang tersirat sehingga terjabarkan penerapan prinsip daya sanjung dan daya luka dari setiap tuturan dan tindak tutur. Dari data yang diperoleh sepanjang penayangan episode Indonesia Lawak Klub ini, ditemukan 118 tuturan dengan rincian 11 tuturan bermuatan daya sanjung dan 107 tuturan bermuatan daya luka. Tuturan-tuturan tersebut diutarakan oleh para komedian yang menjadi panelis dalam setiap episode Indonesia Lawak Klub dengan panelis sentral Komeng. Data tuturan ini menunjukkan bahwa ada upaya ‘memperlakukan’ wajah mitra tutur yaitu berupa penyanjungan (daya sanjung) ataupun penistaan (daya luka). Tuturan bermuatan daya sanjung memiliki tingkat sanjungan (level of appreciation) sedang (medium/mild) atau berat (heavy/serious). Tuturan yang bermuatan daya luka juga memiliki tingkat penistaan (level of face affront) sedang (medium/mild) atau berat (heavy/serious). Tingkat sanjungan dan penistaan tersebut ditentukan oleh ilokusi dan besarnya deviasi leksikon dari setiap tuturan. This study was to examine the application of the principle of harm and favour potentials which is contained in the utterance and the speech act on Indonesia Lawak Klub television program. The theory used in this research is the principle of harm and favour potentials is one of the basic values of the theory of principle of mutual consideration. There are two stages of analysis in this study. The first is a lexical semantic analysis to assess the explicit meaning of each utterance. The second is a pragmatic analysis that describes the elements of utterance, speaker, hearer, and the context of the utterance to assess the implied meaning that span the application of the principles of harm and favour potentials of every utterance and speech acts. From the data obtained throughout the episode aired Indonesia Lawak Klub, it was found 118 utterances, 11 utterances contained harm and 107 contained favour potentials. The utterances that expressed by the comedian who became a panelist in every episode Indonesia Lawak Klub in central panelists namely Komeng. This utterance data indicated that there are efforts to 'treat' face of hearer which is called harm or favour potentials. The utterance contained harm has the (level of appreciation) medium/mild or heavy/serious. The utterance contained favour potentials also has a level of humiliation (level of face affront) medium/mild or heavy/serious. The level of harm and face affront is determined by ilocution and the magnitude of the lexicon deviation of each utterance
