Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena perilaku tidak bermoral di kalangan peserta didik SMP. Peserta didik SMP yang masuk pada kategori remaja seharusnya sudah sudah bisa bersikap dengan menggunakan penalaran moral pada tahap otonom. Penalaran moral menjadi salah satu prediktor tindakan moral dan kemungkinan masalah dalam penalaran moral menyebabkan tingkah laku moral. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui profil penalaran moral peserta didik serta merumuskan program bimbingan pribadi berdasarkan profil penalaran moral peserta didik yang layak untuk diterapkan. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Lembang Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 334 peserta didik. Jenis instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dengan cerita dilema moral. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: (1) Profil penalaran moral peserta didik kelas VIII SMP berada pada tahapan penalaran moral otonom; (2) rumusan program bimbingan pribadi berdasarkan profil penalaran moral peserta didik meliputi: rasional, deskripsi kebutuhan, tujuan, visi dan misi program, sasaran program, komponen program, pengembangan rencana pelaksanaan layanan, serta evaluasi kegiatan layanan bimbingan dan konseling----------The background to the research is the phenomenon of immoral behavior among junior high school students. There is a gap between adolescent junior high school students’should have been able to be using at the stage of autonomous moral reasoning. Moral reasoning to be one predictor of moral action and possible problems in moral reasoning led to moral conduct. The research aims to find the profile of students’ moral reasoning and to formulate personal guidance program in accordance with the profile of students’ moral reasoning obtained. It adopted descriptive method with quantitative approach. The participants of this research consisted of 334 eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Lembang Academic Year 2014/2015. The instrument used was questionnaire.with the story of moral dilemma. Research results show that: (1) The profile of junior high school students’ moral reasoning was at the category of of autonomous moral reasoning; 2) The formulation of personal guidance program is based on the profile of students’ moral reasoning, including: rationale, needs description, aims, vision and missions of the program, objectives of the program, components of the program, the development plan of implementation services, as well as the evaluation of guidance and counseling services.
