Abstract
Pariwisata kini telah berkembang secara global dan berubah menjadi sebuah industri yang menjanjikan. Hal inilah yang menjadikan setiap negara mulai berlomba-lomba untuk menjadikan sektor pariwisatanya mendunia. Berkembangnya industri pariwisata dunia mempengaruhi pariwisata Indonesia untuk memacu persaingan diantara para pelaku bisnis yang terlibat dalam industri pariwisata. Hal tersebut berdampak pula pada Puspa Iptek Sundial merupakan salah satu daya tarik wisata yang berada di kawasan Kota Baru Parahyangan Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat. Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi Puspa Iptek Sundial yaitu terjadi penurunan kunjungan pada tahun 2014 dibanding dengan tahun sebelumnya, turunnya tingkat kunjungan wisatawan berdampak pula pada revisit intention intention wisatawan. Permasalahan tersebut diketahui melalui Pra Penelitian yang dilakukan penulis, dengan menggunakan satu indikator revisit intention yaitu intention to revisit, ternyata sebesar 63% wisatawan menyatakan tidak memiliki niat untuk berkunjung kembali dan sisanya sebesar 37% menyatakan memiliki niat untuk berkunjung kembali. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan revisit intention adalah melalui experiential quality. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengatahui gambaran mengenai experiential quality dan Revisit Intention di Puspa IPTEK Sundial. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang diteliti yaitu variabel bebas (X) Experiential Quality yang terdiri dari, interaction quality, physical environment quality, outcome quality, dan access quality. Variabel tidak bebas (Y) Revisit Intention yang terdiri dari intention to revisit dan intention to recommend. Jenis penelitan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah syistematic random sampling dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiential quality secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan dalam membentuk revisit intention wiatawan. Penilaian tertinggi untuk experiential quality yaitu pada sub variabel physical environment quality, dan nilai terendah pada sub variabel interaction quality. Adapun untuk revisit intention, indikator intention to revisit mendapat penilaian lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan indikator intention to recommend. ---------- Tourism nowadays has grown globally and turned into a promising industry. This is what makes each country began competing to make the tourism sector worldwide. The development of the world tourism industry affecting Indonesian tourism to stimulate competition among businesses involved in the tourism industry. It is also an impact on Puspa Sundial IPTEK which is one of the tourist attraction in the area of Kota Baru Parahyangan, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, West Java. Some problems that faced by Puspa iptek Sundial is a decline in visits in 2014 compared with the previous year. The decline in tourist visits give an impact on revisit intention of the tourist. The problems identified through pre research conducted by the author, that use one indicators of revisit intention namely intention to revisit. It turned out that 63% of the tourist has no intention to come back and the remaining 37% intend to come back. One of the ways to improve the revisit intention is through experiential quality. This research aimed to get the overview and influence of experiential quality and revisit intention in Puspa IPTEK Sundial. The variable that examined in this study is independent variables ( X ) consist of Interaction Quality, Physical Environment Quality, Outcome Quality, and Access Quality. Dependent variable ( Y ) Revisit Intention which consists of indicator such as intention to revisit and intention to recommend. The type of research that used is descriptive and verification. The sampling method that used is systematic random sampling with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that experiential quality simultaneously significantly influence in forming the tourist revisit intention. The highest ratings for experiential quality is physical environment quality and the lowest is in interaction quality. For revisit intention variable, the indicator of intention to revisit has higher ratings than the indicator of intention to recommend.
