Abstract

Kenakalan remaja semakin meningkat akibat dari ketidak matangan emosional dan konsep diri remaja sehingga perlu adanya pebentukan watak. Pramuka merupakan salah satu wadah untuk pembentukan watak remaja. Saka Bakti Husada (SBH) BBPK Ciloto adalah organisasi pramuka yang bergerak dalam bidang kesehatan. SBH BBPK Ciloto mengalami permasalah dalam segi SDM, partisipasi, tanggung jawab, dan kedisiplinan dari anggota menurun. Kemudian BBPK Ciloto memberikan treatment berupa pelatihan Manajemen Perubahan Diri (MPD) bagi seluruh anggota SBH BBPK Ciloto sebagai upaya menanggulangi masalah tersebut.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena pelatihan MPD berbeda dengan pelatihan pada umumnya. Pelatihan ini tidak mengharuskan peserta pelatihan mendapatkan peningkatan kognitif, tapi lebih mengutamakan bagaimana seorang individu bersikap dalam melakukan profesinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui :1. Desain Pelatihan Manajemen Perubahan Diri (MPD) di BBPK Ciloto; 2. Prose sPelatihan Manajemen Perubahan Diri (MPD) bagi anggota Pramuka Saka Bakti Husada di BBPK Ciloto; 3.Hasil Pelatihan Manajemen Perubahan Diri (MPD) dalam menumbuhkan perilaku organisasi bagi anggota Pramuka Saka Bakti Husada di BBPK Ciloto.Kajianteori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsep pelatihan, konsep organisasi pramuka, dan konsep perilaku organisasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan pedekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.Subjekdalam penelitian ini berjumlah enam orang yaitu satu fasilitator pelatihan MPD, satu pelaksana teknis pelatihan MPD, satu Kabid PPM, satu pembina pramuka SBH BBPK Ciloto, dan dua anggota pramuka SBH BBPK Ciloto.Berdasarkan pengolahan data dan pembahasan, mak adiperoleh (1) Desain pelatihan MPD belum memenuhi standar atau ideal karena ada beberapa bagian yang tidak tersedia yaitu kurikulum pelatihan dan penyusunan alat evaluasi pelatihan. (2) Proses pelatihan MPD belum memenuhi standar karena tidak dilakukan evaluasi awal untuk mengukur kemampuan peserta sebelum mengikuti pelatihan, selain itu evaluasi akhir yang dilakukan hanya memenuhi kebutuhan data untuk pertimbangan tindak lanjut program bukan hasil pelatihan. (3) Hasil pelatihan dalam menumbuhkan sikap organisasi anggota pramuka SBH cukup berhasil terlihat dari pemahaman peserta pelatihan terhadap dirinya (konsep diri), sikap anggota yang berubah dari segi kepuasan kerja, partisipasi, komtmen berorganisasi, kepemimpinan, motivasi anggota meningkat, kemampuan komunikasi meningkat, dan kemampuan dalam memecahkan masalahpun mengalami peningkatan.Rekomandasi bagi pihak BBPK Ciloto sebagai pelaksana pelatihan MPD diharapkan melengkapi unsur pelatihan yang belum lengkap seperti kurikulum dan alat evaluasi awal peserta pelatihan, serta diharapkan diadakan kaderisasi bagi calon fasilitator sehingga pelaksanaan pelatihan MPD tidak terpaku pada satu pihak saja. ---------- Naughtiness of adolescent is increasing as a result of a lack of emotional maturation and adolescent self-concept so it is necessary for the character building. Scouting is one program for adolescent character building. Saka Bakti Husada (SBH) BBPK Ciloto is a scout organization which is concern in the health sector. SBH BBPK Ciloto has problems in terms of human resources, participation, responsibility, and a lack of members discipline. Then BBPK Ciloto give treatments in the form of training Self Change Management for all members of SBH BBPK Ciloto as an effort to solve that problems. This research was conducted as because a training Self Change Management different from the other training. This training does not require trainees acquire cognitive enhancement, but prefers to how an individual behave in performing their profession. The purpose of this study is to determine: 1. Design of Self Management Training in BBPK Ciloto; 2. Process of Self Change Management for scouts Saka Bakti Husada in BBPK Ciloto; 3. Results of Self Change Management in fostering organizational behavior for member scouts of Saka Bakti Husada in BBPK Ciloto. The theory which is used in this study are the concept of training, the concept of the scout organization, and the concept of organizational behavior. This study uses qualitative descriptive method pedekatan. The technique of collecting the data which is used are interview, observation, and documentation study. Subjects in this study consist of six persons, they are namely as the training facilitators of Self Change Management, the technical implementation of Self Change Management, the Head of PPM, a scout leader SBH BBPK Ciloto, and two member of SBH BBPK Ciloto scouts. Based on the data processing and discussion, it is obtained (1) design training Self Change Management does not fulfill the standards or ideal because there are some parts that are not available, there are training curriculum and preparation of training evaluation tools (2) The training process of Self Change Management does not fulfill the standards because they do not do an initial evaluation to measure the ability of participants prior to the training, in addition to a final evaluation is only fulfill the needs of the data to consideration of the follow-up program is not the result of the training (3) The results of the training in growing attitude of the organization of SBH scouts is successful, it show from the understanding of the trainees against theirself (self-concept), the attitude of members has changed in terms of job satisfaction, participation, organizing commitment, leadership, increasing of the motivation of members, increasing of the communication skills, and increasing of the ability to solve problems. Recommendation for the BBPK Ciloto as Self Change Management training organizers is expected to complete the training element that is not yet complete as the curriculum and beginning evaluation tools of trainees, as well as the regeneration of the candidates are expected to be held so that the implementation of the training facilitators Self Change Management is not concern in one part.
