Abstract
Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh banyaknya angka putus sekolah dan pengangguran khususnya di Kota Bandung sehingga LKP CSBI yang dibantu dan bekerjasama dengan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung memberikan pelayanan pembelajaran kepada anak putus sekolah untuk mengikuti Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket C untuk melakukan pelatihan sablon distro dalam menambah keterampilan dan kemampuan wirausaha sehingga dapat mengurangi angka pengangguran. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pengelolaan pelatihan sablon distro di LKP CSBI Kota Bandung yang meliputi 1) perencanaan program pelatihan sablon distro; 2) pelaksanaan pelatihan sablon distro; 3) evaluasi pelatihan sablon distro; dan 4) hasil pelatihan sablon distro di LKP CSBI Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep pengelolaan, konsep pelatihan, konsep pendidikan kecakapan hidup (life skills), implementasi kecakapan hidup melalui pelatihan, konsep kewirausahaan, dan pelatihan menyablon sebagai salah satu program pendidikan luar sekolah. Responden penelitian ini adalah 1 orang pengelola, 1 orang tutor, dan 2 orang warga belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh data mengenai 1) perencanan dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan oleh tim seleksi dari LKP CSBI agar pelatihan yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta pelatihan, 2) pelaksanaan pelatihan peserta dapat memiliki keterampilan sablon setelah diberikan materi oleh tutor 3) evaluasi yang didapatkan peserta menjadi paham dan terampil mengenai pelatihan sablon, dan 4) hasil yang diperoleh peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan sablon distro menunjukan bahwa peserta pelatihan memahami dari segi menyablon dan menjadi percaya diri dalam mencari pekerjaan atau memulai berwirausaha. ---------- This research is motivated by the large number of school dropouts and unemployment especially in Bandung so LKP CSBI assisted and cooperation with the Bandung City Education Department to provide services lessons to children dropping out of school to attend the Education Equality Package C and held screen printing training to increase the skills and abilities entrepreneurship so as to reduce unemployment. The aim of this research to describe the screen printing training management in LKP CSBI Bandung, which include 1) planning training of screen printing programs; 2) the implementation of screen printing training; 3) evaluation of screen printing training; and 4) the results of screen printing training of LKP CSBI in Bandung. This research uses the concept of management, training concept, the concept of life skills education (life skills), the implementation of life skills through training, the concept of entrepreneurship, and Screen printing training as one of the school education program. Respondents of this research was one manager, one tutor and two learners. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation. The results were obtained data on 1) the planning is to identify the needs by the selection committee of the LKP CSBI that the training carried out in accordance with the needs of trainees, 2) the implementation of training participants may have the skills screen printing after a given material by tutors 3) evaluation obtained participants become aware and skilled training on screen printing, and 4) the results obtained by the participants after the training showed that trainees understand the terms of screen printing and be confident in finding a job or start to entrepreneurship.
