Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan program bimbingan dan konseling kolaboratif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak yang mengalami kesulitan belajar (learning disability) di sekolah inklusif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan gabungan (mix method) yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desian penelitian exploratory design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 8 Depok dengan mengambil sampel anak yang mengalami kesulitan belajar (learning Disability) berjumlah satu orang anak yang saat ini duduk di kelas IX-9 dengan inisial Nama ME. Instrumen yang digunakan dari kuantitatif yaitu angket motivasi belajar, sedangkan dari kualitatif yaitu observasi, wawancara. Hasil penelitian didasarkan pada pertanyaan penelitian sebelumnya sehingga ada tiga kesimpulan hasil yang didapatkan yaitu 1) menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar anak yang mengalami kesulitan belajar dalam kategor sedang, 2) rancangan program hipotetik bimbingan dan konseling kolaboratif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak yang mengalami kesulitan belajar (learning Disability) di SMP Negeri 8 Depok divalidasi dengan focus group discussion (FGD), dan 3) program bimbingan dan konseling belum efektif karena dalam peningkatan skor tiap individu belum signifikan. ----------- This research aims the effectiveness of the collaborative counseling and guidance program to improve the student’s motivation experiencing the learning disability in the inclusive school. The research used mix method which are quantitative and qualitative one with the design of exploratory design. The research was carried out in SMP Negeri 8 Depok by taking the sample a student experiencing learning disability in the grade IX-9 by the initial ME. The quantitative instrument used is the questionnaire of learning motivation, while the qualitative one is observation and interview. The results are based on the previous research questions which in turn arrived at the conclusions, that 1) the level “medium” shows the learning disability in student’s motivation, 2) hypothetic design program of collaborative counseling and guidance to improve student’s learning motivation in SMP Negeri 8 Depok is validated with the focus group discussion, and 3) guidance and counseling programs have not been effective due to the increase in the score of each individual not significant.
