Abstract
Jatiluhur Water World (JWW) every year increase and decrease (Fluctuations) total visits each year starting from 2012 until 2014. The decline was caused by a less cared room toilet or rinse, hygiene in the area around Jatiluhur Water World (JWW), the lack of tourist attractions and the lack of means of supporting tours. It is feared to affect tourists visiting the Jatiluhur Water World (JWW). Therefore need to plan strategy for the development of facilities at Jatiluhur Water World (JWW). View the General conditions of the facilities owned Jatiluhur Water World (JWW), knowing internal factor and eksternal factor Jatiluhur Water World (JWW) haveing, (JWW) development strategy and planning facilities. This research was carried out at Jatiluhur Water World (JWW) and in the Office of Jasa Tirta II section of the Division of tourism. The research method used is descriptive research methods with qualitative approaches. Manager Jatiluhur Water World (JWW) and tourists who come to the Jatiluhur Water World (JWW) into the population of the study whereas samples taken as many as 100 people. The technique of sampling by using purposive sampling technique and simple random sampling. Data collection using obcervation, interview, questionnaire and the documentation. Test the validity of using the formula Product Moment and reabilitas test using Cronbach Alpha formula. Calculation of test validity and reabilitas using the SPSS program Ver. 22 for windows. Further design development strategies facility at Jatiluhur Water World (JWW). Public facilities, tourist facilities and accessibility said on the category either. The development of public facilities and support facilities should be developed. As for the strategy of the development of facilities at Jatiluhur Water World (JWW) generates strategies must emphasis is focused on a diversification strategy. Key Words: Development Strategy, Facilities Jatiluhur Water World (JWW) setiap tahunnya mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan (Fluktuasi) jumlah kunjungan setiap tahunnya dimulai dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2014. Penurunan tersebut disebabkan oleh kurang terawatnya toilet atau kamar bilas, kebersihan di area sekitar Jatiluhur Water World (JWW), kurangnya atraksi wisata dan kurangnya sarana penunjang wisata. Hal ini dikhawatirkan akan mempengaruhi wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Jatiluhur Water World (JWW). Oleh karena itu perlu merencanakan strategi pengembangan fasilitas di Jatiluhur Water World (JWW). Melihat kondisi umum fasilitas yang dimiliki Jatiluhur Water World (JWW), mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal yang dimiliki Jatiluhur Water World (JWW) dan merencanakan strategi pengembangan fasilitas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jatiluhur Water World (JWW) dan di Kantor Perum Jasa Tirta II bagian divisi kepariwisataan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengelola Jatiluhur Water World (JWW) dan wisatawan yang datang ke Jatiluhur Water World (JWW) menjadi populasi dari penelitian sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan obeservasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas menggunakan rumus Product Moment dan uji reabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Penghitungan uji validitas dan reabilitas menggunakan program SPSS ver. 22 for windows. Selanjutnya merancang strategi pengembangan fasilitas di Jatiluhur Water World (JWW). Fasilitas umum, fasilitas wisata dan aksesibilitas menyatakan pada kategori baik. Pengembangan fasilitas umum dan fasilitas pendukung harus dikembangkan. Adapun strategi pengembangan fasilitas di Jatiluhur Water World (JWW) menghasilkan strategi harus dititik beratkan pada diversifikasi strategi. Kata Kunci : Strategi Pengembangan, Fasilitas
