Abstract

Guru mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan suatu pendidikan bangsa. Apabila kualitas guru baik maka akan menghasilkan peserta didik yang berkualitas juga, begitu juga sebaliknya apabila kualitas guru tersebut buruk maka akan menghasilkan peserta didik yang buruk juga. Karena tolak ukur keberhasilan suatu pendidikan dipegang oleh seorang guru. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya jumlah ketidakhadiran guru, adanya penurunan kualitas kinerja guru, yang dilihat dari pencapaian tugas, disiplin kerja, tanggung jawab, prakarsa dan kepemimpinan yang belum optimal. Apabila kinerja guru menurun maka akan mengurangi kualitas sekolah tersebut. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru salah satu cara yang dilakukan adalah melalui sistem penggajian yang tepat. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran sistem penggajian, gambaran kinerja guru dan seberapa besar pengaruh sistem penggajian terhadap kinerja guru. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung yang terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu sistem penggajian dan variabel terikat yaitu kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif verifikatif, ukuran populasi 33 responden. Data yang digunakan ordinal, teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel berada pada kategori cukup. Data berdistribusi normal dan berpola linier. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh sistem penggajian terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Teachers have a very important role for the education of a nation. If quality teacher is good, it will produce quality leaners as well. And if the quality of teachers is bad it will produce a poor leaners as well. Because due to the success of an educational benchmark held by a teacher. The problem studied in this research was that is the increasing total of the teacher absenteeism, a decrease in the quality of teacher performance is observed from the achievement of tasks, work discipline, responsibility, initiative, and leadership is not optimal. If the teacher’s performance to decease it will hurt the quality of the school. To improve the performance of teacher’s who made a way through salary system. The research was conducted to determine the salary system an image, image of the teacher perfomance and how much influence the award salary system to job performance of teachers. The objeck this research at SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Independent variabels is salary system and dependent variabel is performance of teacher. The research to use deskriftip method, the criterion of population is 33 respondents. The data used ordinal, a data analysis technique is simple liniear regression. Result of data analysis show that both variables are in the medium category. Data were normally distributed and in linear pattern. From the result hypothesis test it is obtained that there is an influence of Salary System to Job Performance of teachers at SMK Pasundan 3 Bandun
