Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat penguasaan kemampuan pemahaman matematika dan tingkat penguasaan mata pelajaran dasar dan pengukuran listrik siswa di SMKN 1 Cimahi. Selain itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat suatu pengaruh dan seberapa besar kontribusi kemampuan pemahaman matematika berkonstribusi terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar dan pengukuran listrik di SMKN 1 Cimahi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 1 Cimahi dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 70 orang siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan korelatif menggunakan analisis secara statistik, sedangkan data penelitian yang dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen berjenis tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat penguasaan pemahaman matematika siswa dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar dan pengukuran listrik kelas X Teknik Otomasi Industri (TOI) A dan kelas X Teknik Otomasi Industri (TOI) B di SMKN1 Cimahi termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil penelitian yang lainnya juga menunjukan bahwa terdapat suatu pengaruh dari kemampuan pemahaman matematika terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada mata pelajaran dasar dan pengukuran listrik dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,804 yang dapat dikategori sangat kuat, kemampuan pemahaman matematika berkontribusi terhadap mata pelajaran dasar dan pengukuran listrik sebanyak 64%, sementara sisanya 35,68% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar kemampuan pemahaman matematika. Faktor-faktor tersebut di antaranya kemandirian belajar, tingkat kecerdasan, cara belajar, dan faktor-faktor lainnya.. Kata kunci: kemampuan pemahaman matematika, tingkat penguasaan, konstribusi, hasil belajar kognitif. This research was conducted to describe how the mastery level in math ability of understanding and the mastery level in basic and measurement of electricity subjects of the students in SMKN 1 Cimahi. And also, this research is to analyze whether is there an impact and how many contribution math ability of understanding against cognitive learning objectives on basic and measurement of electricity subjects in SMKN 1 Cimahi. This research was conducted in SMKN 1 Cimahi with the number of sample as much as 70 students. The research methods is quantitative methods by using descriptive approaches and correlative which used statistic analysis, meanwhile the data that has been collected in this research using a various test instrumentation. The results of this research showed that the mastery level in math ability of understanding and the mastery level in basic and measurement of electricity subjects of students class X Teknik Otomasi Industri (TOI) A and X class X Teknik Otomasi Industri (TOI) B in SMKN 1 Cimahi categorized very high. Besides that, there is an impact from math ability of understanding against to cognitive learning objectives on basic and measurement of electricity subjects in SMKN 1 Cimahi, math ability of understanding contribute to basic and measurement of electricity subjects as much as 64%.
