Abstract
Pendidikan pelatih merupakan elemen penting yang harus dilalui oleh seseorang apabila ingin terjun ke dunia pelatihan, bukan hanya pengalaman sebagai atlet atau asisten pelatih tetapi teori tentang ilmu kepelatihan pun harus dikuasai, maka untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan pelatih dengan performa atlet sekolah sepakbola di Kota Bandung.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sekolah sepakbola di Kota Bandung yang berjumlah100sekolah.10 sekolah yang dijadikan sampel dengan teknik cluster sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan observasi.Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa korelasi antara pendidikan pelatih dan performa atlet sekolah sepak bola memiliki nilai 0,021 lebih kecil 0,025 maka terdapat hubungan (korelasi) antara pendidikan pelatih dengan performa atlet SSB di Kota Bandung. Menentukan koefisien korelasi diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien yang didapat adalah 0,005 dengan nilai probabilitas 0,025 maka terdapat hubungan (korelasi) yang signifikan antara pendidikan pelatih dengan performa atlet SSB di Kota Bandung. Kesimpulan daripenelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan (korelasi) yang positif antara pendidikan pelatih dengan performa atlet SSB di Kota Bandung. Kata kunci: Pendidikan Peltih,Performa Atlet,Sepakbola Education trainers are essential element that must be passed by someone if you want to plunge the world of training, Not only experience as an ethlete or assistant coach but theories about coaching courses had to be mastered, so to determine whether there is a correlation between education level coach with the performance of atheletes footbal schools in Bandung. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive correlational associative approach.The population in this study is a football schoolin Bandung, which amounted to 100 schools. 10 schools sampled by cluster sampling techique. The instrument used was a questionnaire and observation. The study results showed that the correlation between aducation and performance coach football school athletes have a smaller value 0,021 0,025 then there is a relationship (correlation) between education SSB coach with the performance of athletes in Bandung. Determine the correlation coefficient is known that the coefficient obtained is 0.05 with probability value 0.025 then there is a relationship (correlation) were significant between education SSB coach with the performance of athletes in Bandung. The conclusion from this study that there is a relationship (correlation) between the positive educational SSB coach with the performance of athletes in Bandung. Keywords: Performance athletes.
