Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat disiplin kerja, tingkat kualitas pelayanan pegawai serta adakah hubungan dari disiplin kerja dengan kualitas pelayanan pegawai pada bagian distribusi dan logistik PT.JNE Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey (eksplanatory survey). Angket (kuesioner) dan studi dokumentasi merupakan teknik pengambilan datanya sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling purposive yang berjumlah 30 responden. Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Pertama, tingkat disiplin kerja berada pada kategori tinggi. Dengan kelima indikator disiplin kerja yang rata-rata memiliki persentase jawaban minimal tinggi yang besar. Tapi masih ada kekurangan yang perlu diperbaiki oleh perusahaan agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Kedua, tingkat kualitas pelayanan pegawai berada pada kategori tinggi atau baik. Berdasarkan lima indikator kualitas pelayanan rata-rata memiliki persentase minimal tinggi yang besar. Indikator reabilitas memiliki persentase yang paling kecil. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut sebaiknya perlu adanya peningkatan ketepatan dan ketelitian dalam pengiriman barang agar memenuhi harapan pelanggan. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan antara disiplin kerja dengan kualitas pelayanan pegawai bagian distribusi dan logistik PT.JNE Bandung. Kata kunci: disiplin kerja pegawai, kualitas pelayanan pegawai   The purpose of the research is to obtain an overview of the level of work discipline, level of service quality employees and is there a relationship of discipline with the quality of service of employees working in the distribution and logistics PT.JNE Bandung. The method used in this study are survey method (explanatory survey), questionnaire and documentation study is data retrieval technique while sampling purposive which amounted to 30 respondents. For data analysis techniques use correlation by Rank Spearman. The results shows that: First, the level of employee discipline are at very high category.With the five indicators of employee discipline,that on average at least having the percentage answers great high. But there is still a deficiency needs to be improved by the company to the purpose of it can be achieved. Second, the level of service quality category employees is at high or good. Five indicators based on the quality of the service of average having the percentage at least large high. Having a high percentage of indicators reabilitas least. To overcome this you should need to improve the accuracy and precision in the delivery of goods in order to meet customer expectations. Third, there is a relationship between the discipline of employees working with service quality distribution and logistics PT.JNE Bandung. Keywords: employee discpline, quality service
