Abstract
Nurul Febrianti (2015). Pengaruh Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Sebagai Pendidikan Demokrasi Terhadap Civic Responsibility Pada Mahasiswa (Studi Survey pada Mata Kuliah Umum Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Universitas Negeri Jakarta). Tesis, Program Studi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung. Penelitan ini mengkaji tentang (1) Pengaruh materi pembelajaran PKn terhadap civic responsibility pada mahasiswa, (2) Pengaruh metode pembelajaran PKn terhadap civic responsibility pada mahasiswa, (3) Pengaruh media pembelajaran PKn terhadap civic responsibility pada mahasiswa, (4) Pengaruh sumber pembelajaran PKn terhadap civic responsibility pada mahasiswa, (5) Pengaruh evaluasi pembelajaran PKn terhadap civic responsibility pada mahasiswa, dan (6) Pengaruh pembelajaran PKn terhadap civic responsibility pada mahasiswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UNJ yang mengontrak MKU PKn pada semester genap (102) tahun 2015 sebanyak 2.295 mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dari 7 Fakultas yang ada di UNJ. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dan menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 228 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Materi pembelajaran PKn berpengaruh signifikan terhadap civic responsibility pada mahasiswa dengan t hitung 6,502 > t tabel 1,971. (2) Metode pembelajaran PKn berpengaruh signifikan terhadap civic responsibility pada mahasiswa dengan t hitung 7,290 > t tabel 1,971. (3) Media pembelajaran PKn berpengaruh signifikan terhadap civic responsibility pada mahasiswa dengan t hitung 3,737 > t tabel 1,971. (4) Sumber pembelajaran PKn tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap civic responsibility pada mahasiswa dengan nilai t hitung -0,107 > -t tabel -1,971. (5) Evaluasi pembelajaran PKn tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap civic responsibility pada mahasiswa dengan t hitung 0,032 < t tabel 1,971. (6) Pembelajaran PKn berpengaruh signifikan terhadap civic responsibility pada mahasiswa dengan F hitung 73,242 > F tabel 2,255. Materi, Metode, dan Media menunjukkan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap civic responsibility pada mahasiswa. Hal ini menunjukkan keberhasilan dosen dalam menyampaikan materi dengan mengunakan metode dan media yang baik dapat meningkatkan sikap tanggungjawab pada mahasiswa. Sedangkan Sumber dan Evaluasi menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap civic responsibility pada mahasiswa. Hal ini menunjukkan kurangnya peran dosen dalam menentukan sumber dan membuat evaluasi bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada dosen PKn agar menjadi model bagi mahasiswa untuk dapat mengembangkan sikap tanggung jawab pada diri tiap mahasiswa. Nurul Febrianti (2015). This research examines (1) Influence of Civics learning materials on civic responsibility of the student, (2) Influence of Civics learning methods on civic responsibility of the student, (3) Influence of Civics instructional media on civic responsibility of the student, (4) Influence of Civics learning resources on civic responsibility of the student, (5)Influence of Civics learning evaluation on civics responsibility of the student, and (6) Influence of Civics learning on civic responsibility of the students. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach with survey method. Data collection using the study questionnaire. The population in this study is the Jakarta State University student who contracted general courses in the second semester Citizenship Education (102) in 2015. The number of students who contracted general courses in the second semester Citizenship Education (102) in 2015 as many as 2,295 students. The sample in this study is taken from 7 Faculty in the State University of Jakarta. Mechanical sampling of 10% of the total population of each faculty, so that the total sample of 228 respondents with 95% degree of truth. The results showed that (1) Learning materials Civics significant effect on civic responsibility in students with t count 6,502> t table 1.971. (2) Methods of teaching Civics significant effect on civic responsibility in students with t 7.290> t table 1.971. (3) Media Learning Civics significant effect on civic responsibility in students with t 3.737> t table 1.971. (4) Source Learning Civics no significant effect on civic responsibility in students with t value -0.107> -t table -1.971. (5) Evaluation of learning civics no significant effect on civic responsibility in students with 0,032 t <t table 1.971. (6) Learning Civics significantly effect on civic responsibility in students with 73.242 F count> F table 2,255. Material, Methods, and Media showed significant effect against civic responsibility in students. This shows the success of the faculty on deliver material by using methods and media that can improve the attitude of students increased responsibility. While Resources and Evaluation showed no significant effect on civic responsibility in students. This shows a lack of faculty role in source and determine make evaluations for students. The study recommends the Citizenship Education lecturer further enhanced in order to shape the attitudes of responsibility in students. Things to do was lecturer Civics should be a model for students to be able to develop responsibility. In order to improve quality learning outcomes is necessary to improve quality lecturer, with seminar citizenship, workshops, and others.
