Abstract

Penelitian ini beranjak dari masalah penilaian sikap yang kebanyakan kurang diterapkan oleh guru pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Hal ini berakibat pada pencapaian kompetensi afektif tidak maksimal karena mengukur pencapaian peserta didik lebih ditekankan pada hasil pembelajaran yang cenderung menilai kemampuan kognitif. Akibatnya berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas sopan santun dan tanggung jawab peseta didik sehingga pembelajaran dilingkupi persoalan rendahnya kualitas sikap yang baik. Oleh karena itu, pada kurikulum 2013 guru dituntut untuk menilai semua kompetensi termasuk kemampuan afektif peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji secara mendalam mengenai penilaian sikap dalam meningkatkan watak kewarganegaraan pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SMK Negeri 1 Katapang. Adapun alasan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pelaksanaan penggunaan penilaian sikap pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitis untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi penilaian sikap pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan secara menyeluruh. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh keefektifannya dalam mengubah tingkah laku peserta didik ke arah tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah guru menerapkan penilaian sikap pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan cukup baik. Hal ini terbukti adanya perubahan sikap peserta didik ke arah yang positif sehingga mampu mengaplikasikan kemampuan afektifnya melalui sikap jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab, santun, kerjasama, dan rasa ingin tahu yang dapat meningkatkan watak kewarganegaraan. Research is moving on from the issue mostly less attitude assessment applied by teachers on civic education learning. This resulted in the achievement of maximum not affective competencies because it measures the achievement of learners is more emphasized on learning outcomes which tend to assess cognitive ability. As a result the impact on the poor quality of the courtesy and responsibility so that student learning covered the question of poor quality of good manners. Therefore, in the curriculum 2013, teacher assess all competencies include the capability of affective learners. The purpose of this research is to examine in depth the assessment regarding the attitude in improving the character of Civic Education learning in SMK Negeri 1 Katapang. As for the reasons this research is to analyze the implementation of the use of assessment paper on civic education learning. The research method used is descriptive analytic methods to describe the implementation the attitude assessment in civic education learning. In addition, to find out how far their effectiveness in changing the behaviour of learners towards the goal of education is expected. This research used qualitative approach. The results of this research that teacher used assessment in Civic Education is good. It is evident the change in attitude of the students in a positive direction so as to apply its affective abilities through honest, discipline, responsibility, polite, cooperation, and curiosity to improve civic disposition.
