Abstract

Dalam sepak bola, wasit menjadi sosok sentral di lapangan pada saat memimpin suatu pertandigan dengan durasi waktu 2 x 45 menit bahkan sampai 120 menit. Wasit harus memiliki kondisi fisik yang baik selama pertandingan berlangsung. Pemasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai hubungan antara VO2max dan Daya jelajah wasit sepak bola lisensi C3 dalam suatu kempetisi di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel, puposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wasit sepak bola lisensi C3 Kabupaten Bandung Barat sebanyak 10 wasit yang terdiri dari 6 wasit utama dan 4 asisten wasit, Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan VO2 Max menggunakan Bleep tes dan tes kemampuan Daya jelajah menggunakan POLAR RC3-GPS With Heart Rate Sensor. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data tersebut berdistribusi normal (dengan menggunakan pendekatan liliefors). Dan hasil perhitungan VO2max memiliki skor rata – rata 43,28 sedangkan untuk Daya jelajah memiliki skor 3785. Jadi VO2max memberikan sumbangan terhadap Daya jelajah wasit sebesar77,2% dan 22,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Setelah melalui proses koefisien korelasi untuk mengetahui besar hubungan antar variabel yang satu dengan variabel lainnya diperoleh nilai probilitas (p) > 0,025 maka Ho ditolak. Artinya bahwa korelasi tersebut signifikan. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara VO2max dengan daya jelajah wasit sepak bola lisensi C3. Oleh karena itu, penulis menyarankan kepada ketua dan pengurus pencab Kabupaten Bandung Barat agar memberikan program latihan kondisi fisik untuk meningkatkan kualitas kodisi fisik wasit pada saat memimpin suatu pertandingan. Referee must have a good physical condition during a match. the problem in this study is about the relationship between VO2max and cruising football referee in a kempetisi C3 license in West Bandung regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method with the technique of sampling, purposive sampling. The population in this study is a football referee license C3 West Bandung regency as many as 10 referees consisting of 6 main referee and four assistant referees, research instrument used is the VO2 Max test capabilities using Bleep test and cruising ability tests using POLAR RC3 GPS With Heart Rate Sensor. Based on the results of data processing and analysis is normally distributed (by using the approach Liliefors). And the result of calculation average VO2max scores - average 43.28 while cruising scored 3785. So VO2max contribute towards the referee cruising sebesar77,2% and 22.7% influenced by other factors. After going through the process of correlation coefficient to determine the relationship between variables that big one with another variable values obtained probilitas (p)> 0,025 then Ho is rejected. It means that the correlation is significant. The conclusion of this study is a significant relationship between VO2max with a cruising range C3 licensed football referee. Therefore, the authors suggest to the chairman and board of West Bandung regency in order to provide training programs to improve the quality of the physical condition of the physical kodisi referee during a match lead.
