Abstract
Pendidikan anak usia dini berbasis keluarga merupakan salah satu bentuk program parenting yang dilakukan oleh lembaga PAUD dalam menselaraskan pengasuhan anak di rumah dan kegiatan pembelajaran di lembaga PAUD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) memperoleh gambaran penyelenggaraan program pendidikan anak usia dini berbasis keluarga di Kober dan TK IT At-Taqwa. 2) memperoleh gambaran tentang peningkatan mutu pendidikan pengasuhan orang tua setelah mengikuti pendidikan anak usia dini berbasis keluarga di Kober dan TK IT At-Taqwa. 3) memperoleh gambaran faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan hasil pembelajaran pendidikan anak usia dini berbasis keluarga dalam pengasuhan di rumah. Dalam penelitian peneliti menggunakan konsep Manajemen Pendidikan Luar Sekolah, Konsep Pendidikan Keluarga Dalam Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Konsep Pengasuhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kober dan TK IT At-Taqwa Bandung dilaksanakan selama dua bulan dari bulan September sampai Oktober 2014. Hasil penelitian diperoleh data mengenai 1) Pelaksanaan program parenting berbasis keluarga yang dimulai perencanan, penyelenggaraan dan evaluasi saat perencanaan pengelola mengidentifikasi kebutuhan orang tua menentukan program apa yang akan dilakukan dikelas orang tua selanjutnya membahas tentang pengasuhan yang dapat dilakukan orang tua dirumah saat penyelenggaraan. Hasil evaluasi pengelola semakin meningkatkan kualitas dan jumlah orang tua yang bertambah. 2) Setelah mengikuti program pendidikan anak usia dini berbasis keluarga, orang tua mendapatkan pemahaman baru dalam pola pengasuhan anak di rumah. 3) Dalam indikator pendukung orang tua mengalami pemahaman baru mengenai pola pengasuhan anak di rumah, orang tua merasa terbantu oleh alat pendukung dalam pengasuhan dirumah dari barang yang asalnya tidak terpakai. Indikator penghambat orang tua rasakan datang dari lingkungan sekitar karena anak tidak dapat memilah-milah apa yang didapat dari sekeliling anak itu berkembang. Early childhood education based on family is the one form of parenting programs conducted by the government in harmonizing childcare at home and learning activities in early childhood institutions. This study aims to 1) obtain a picture of organizing early childhood education program based on family at Play Group and IT At-Taqwa Kindergarten. 2) obtain an overview of improving the quality of parenting education after attending early childhood education based on family at Play Group and IT At-Taqwa Kindergarten 3) obtain a picture of the supporting factors and obstacles in implementing the learning outcomes of early childhood education based on family in case of nurturing child at home In this study the researcher used the Non-formal Education Management concepts, Concept of Education Family In Early Childhood Education,Concept of Nurturing. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with qualitative approach. The data collection techniques that used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted in Play Group and IT At-Taqwa Kindergarten Bandung held for two months from September to October 2014. This study obtain data about 1) Implementation of family-based parenting program that start from the planning, implementation and evaluation when planning managers identify the needs of parents determine what programs that will be further discussed in parents class about nurturing that parents can do at home. Evaluation results shows that the managers improve their quality and the number of parents who participated in the program also increases. 2) After attending early childhood education program based on family, parents gain new insights into parenting at home. 3) In the supporting indicators, parent has a new understanding of parenting at home, parents felt helped by the support tools at home when nurturing child with unused goods previously. Indicators inhibitor felt by the parents come from the surrounding environment because children can not sort out what is gained from the environment when the child were developing.
