Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pengusaha dan strategi bersaing terhadap daya saing pengusaha batik trusmi di Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey eksplanatori. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi objek sasaran penelitian yaitu para pengusaha batik trusmi di Kabupaten Cirebon. Dalam penelitianini yang diteliti sebanyak 35 pengusaha. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan variable kompetensi pengusaha, dan strategi bersaing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya saing. Dan secara parsial kompetensi pengusaha dan strategi bersaing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap daya saing. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, para pengusaha batik trusmi diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kompetensi pengusaha terutama dalam aspek marketing competence danfinancial competence. Sedangkan dari strategi bersaing, pengusaha diharapkan dapat mengembangkan strategi-strategi baru seperti inovasi motif batik dan inovasi produk tidak hanya pakaian tetapi membuat inovasi seperti sepatu, tasdanproduk-produk lainnya sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan. The purpose of this sudy is to the influence of entrepreneur competence and competitive strategy toward competitiveness of batik trusmi entrepreneur in Cirebon Regency. The method used in this study is aeksplanatory survey. In this study target object is batik trusmi entrepreneur in Cirebon Regency. In this study were examined as many as 35 entrepreneur. Data collection tecniques by using multiple regression equation test using SPSS 20. The result of the study simultaneously shows the significant effect among entrepreneurs' competence, and competitive strategy berpengaruh towards the competitiveness. Partially described, entrepreneurs' competence, and competitive strategy have a significantly positive effect towards the competitiveness. The result of the study, batik trusmi entrepreneur expected toincreaseentreprenuer especially in the marketing competence and financial competence aspects. While of competitive strategy, the entrepreneur expected to new strategics development such as innovation of design batik and product innovation not only clothes but make of innovation such as shoes, bag and the other products conformable of current development to improve sales volume.
