Abstract

Gambar teknik merupakan mata pelajaran wajib di Jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan. Tugas ini bersifat individual, maka siswa dituntut untuk lebih mengoptimalkan lagi kegiatan belajarnya sehingga dapat mengerjakan tugas terstruktur tersebut dengan benar dan dapat diselesaikan tepat pada waktunya. Penyelesaian tugas gambar teknik ditargetkan selesai dalam satu semester, namun pada kenyataannya sebagian besar siswa tidak mampu menyelesaikannya sesuai target. Hal ini disebabkan sebagian siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam penyelesaian tugas gambar mereka dikarenakan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhinya, diantaranya faktor dari dalam diri siswa (internal) dan faktor dari luar siswa (eksternal). Tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya : 1) Mengetahui gambaran kebiasaan siswa dalam penyelesaian tugas gambar teknik; 2) Mengetahui gambaran tingkat kesulitan siswa dalam penyelesaian tugas tersebut; 3) Mengetahui gambaran keadaan ruangan dan ketersediaan peralatan untuk menyelesaikan tugas gambar teknik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa angket, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI bidang keahlian teknik gambar bangunan SMK N 5 Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan siswa dalam penyelesaian tugas terstruktur gambar teknik di Jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan di SMK N 5 Bandung adalah kategori tinggi. Adapun faktor dominan siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan tugas gambar teknik bersumber dari indikator sekolah penunjang penyelesaian tugas, indikator waktu proses belajar mengajar gambar teknik, indikator peralatan yang dimiliki siswa, indikator kondisi / ruangan, indikator disiplin waktu, indikator bakat siswa dalam mengerjakan tugas gambar teknik. Kata kunci: Analisis, Kesulitan, Penyelesaian, Gambar Teknik. Engineer drawing is a compulsory subject at the Department of Building Engineering. This task is individual, then the student is required to optimize the learning activities more, so that they can do tasks such structured properly and can be completed on time. Engineer drawing task completion is targeted to be completed in one semester, but in fact most students are not able to finish them on target. This is due in part to students experiencing difficulties in their task completion due to several factors that influence it, including factors of the student (internal) and factors outside the student (external). The purpose of this research include: 1) Knowing the habits of students in technical drawing task completion; 2) Knowing the difficulty level overview of the students in the completion of the task; 3) Knowing of the state of the room and the availability of equipment to complete the task of drawing techniques. The used methods in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data collection tool that is used in the form of a questionnaire, literature study and documentation. Respondents in this study is a class XI student of engineering expertise building drawing SMK N 5 Bandung. Results of research on student difficulties in the completion of a structured task in engineering drawings Building Engineering Department at SMK N 5 Bandung is high. It is known that the dominant factor of the students who have difficulty in completing tasks is the engineering drawing on indicators of school support completion of the task, the next time indicator learning process engineering drawings, indicators of student-owned equipment, the indicator condition / space, time discipline indicators, indicators of student talent in working the task of engineer drawing .
