Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 Terhadap Kualitas Kinerja Mengajar Widyaiswara di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat.” Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap kualitas kinerja mengajar widyaiswara. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran yang aktual dan jelas mengenai pengaruh penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap kualitas kinerja mengajar widyaiswara di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang disebarkan kepada 37 orang widyaiswara sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil perhitungan kecenderungan umum dengan menggunakan Weighted Mean Scored (WMS), menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 di Badiklatda Provinsi Jawa Barat termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,95 dan kualitas kinerja mengajar widyaiswara di Badiklatda Provinsi Jawa Barat termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,18. Hasil uji normalitas terhadap distribusi data menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal, selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan statistik parametrik. Analisis korelasi menggunakan Pearson Product Moment, diperoleh koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y adalah sebesar 0,72 yaitu menunjukkan bahwa korelasi kedua variabel berada pada tingkat hubungan kuat. Adapun hasil uji signifikasi dengan uji-t diperoleh thitung = 5,490 dan diketahui ttabel = 1,697 jika dibandingkan yaitu 5,490 > 1,697, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 dan kualitas kinerja mengajar widyaiswara di Badiklatda Provinsi Jawa Barat. Analisis korelasi dapat dilanjutkan dengan menghitung koefisien determinasi. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi yaitu bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kinerja mengajar widyaiswara sebesar 51,84% sedangkan sisanya 48,16% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Begitu juga hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Ŷ = 12,11 + 0,745 X, artinya bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 yang telah diterapkan lembaga akan meningkat 0,745 terhadap kualitas kinerja mengajar widyaiswara dengan arah perubahan positif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap kualitas kinerja mengajar widyaiswara di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat, hal ini dapat dibuktikan secara statistik. Adapun saran dari penelitian ini yaitu bagi para anggota widyaiswara dari sisi kinerja mengajar diharapkan dapat selalu meningkatkan kualitas dalam menjalankan tugas, pokok dan fungsinya untuk mendidik, mengajar dan melatih peserta diklat. The study is titled "The Effect of Application of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System on the Quality of Teaching Performance Senior Lecturer in Education and Training Agency of West Java Province." Issues addressed in this study is about how much influence the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001:2008 for quality lecturers teaching performance. Generally, this study aims to determine the actual and clear picture of the effect of the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001:2008 on quality of teaching performance of lecturers in Education and Training Agency of West Java Province. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using the enclosed questionnaire distributed to 37 lecturers as the study sample. General trend calculation results using Weighted Mean Scored (WMS), showed that the application of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system in West Java province Badiklatda included in both categories with an average score of 3.95, and the quality of teaching performance Badiklatda lecturers in Java West included in the excellent category with an average score of 4.18. Normality test results on the distribution of the data showed that the variables X and Y are normally distributed, further analysis of the data using parametric statistics. Correlation analysis using Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient between variables X and Y is at 0.72 which shows that the correlation between the two variables is at the level of a strong relationship. The significance of the test results obtained with the t-test t = 5.490 and t table = 1.697 compared to the 5.490 > 1.697, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the application of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system and quality of lecturers teaching performance in Badiklatda West Java Province. Correlation analysis can proceed by calculating the coefficient of determination. Coefficient of determination of test results is that the application of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system affects the quality of lecturers teaching performance by 51.84% while the remaining 48.16% is influenced by other factors. So also the result of the regression analysis equation y = 12.11 + 0.745 X, meaning that the application of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system that has been applied to the institution will increase the quality of teaching performance 0.745 lecturers with the direction of positive change. The conclusion of this study is that there is a strong influence of the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001:2008 on quality of teaching performance of lecturers in Education and Training Agency of West Java Province, it can be proven statistically. The suggestion from this study is for the members of the lecturers teaching performance is expected to always improve quality in performing their duties, responsibilities and functions to educate, teach and train the participants of the training.
