Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya beberapa istilah pendidikan dalam bahasa Indonesia yang diserap dari bahasa Arab. Keberadaan istilah-istilah pendidikan tersebut berkaitan dengan berbagai aspek pendidikan yang meliputi: fungsi dan tujuan pendidikan, pendidik, peserta didik, aktifitas pendidikan, materi pendidikan, metode pendidikan, sarana pendidikan, lingkungan pendidikan, waktu pendidikan, tempat pendidikan, jenjang pendidikan dan evaluasi pendidikan. Istilah-istilah pendidikan tersebut belum diketahui maknanya secara filosofis oleh masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya, dan kalangan para praktisi pendidikan secara khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menyingkap makna-makna istilah-istilah pendidikan tersebut berdasarkan teori semantik dan leksikografi. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah 100 istilah pendidikan dalam bahasa Indonesia yang diserap dari bahasa Arab. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan model analisis isi. Sedangkan landasan teori yang digunakan adalah teori semantik yang meliputi makna leksikal, medan makna, relasi makna dan perkembangan makna. Hasil temuan dari penelitian adalah: (1) dari segi makna leksikal, ditemukan adanya perkembangan makna dari makna asal menjadi makna istilah; (2) dari segi medan maknanya, dilihat dari medannya, terdapat maujud, ahdats, dan mujarrad. Sedangkan dari segi hubungannya, terdapat juzun, kullun, isytimal, na’u, dan tanafur; (3) dari segi relasi maknanya, ada istilah yang memiliki mutaradif, furuq, mutadhad, dan musytarak, dan ada pula yang tidak memiliki; (4) dari segi perkembangan maknanya, ada makna yang berkembang dengan bentuk menyempit, meluas, meningkat, berubah penggunaanya menjadi majaz dan ada yang tidak berkembang. Hasil analisis terhadap istilah-istilah pendidikan tersebut memiliki implikasi yang signifikan dalam pembuatan kamus istilah pendidikan. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah hendaklah para lembaga, pakar, praktisi bahasa dan pendidikan memiliki perhatian penuh terhadap istilah-istilah pendidikan dalam bahasa Indonesia yang diserap dari bahasa Arab agar makna-maknanya terungkap secara filosofis sehingga tidak terjadi kekeliruan dalam penggunaannya. . وجود المصطلحات يتعلق بوجوه التربية التي تشتمل على: وظائف التربية و أهدافها و المربي و المتربي و أنشطة التربية و مادتها و طرقها و وسائلها و بيئتها و أوقاتها و أمكنتها و مراحلها و تقويمها. و تلك المصطلحات التربوية لم يعرفها الإندونيسيون عامة و منفذو التربية خاصة عن معانيها فلسفيا. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو المعرفة و الكشف عن معاني المصطلحات التربوية التي تعتمد على نظريات علم الدلالة و علم المعاجم. و أما موضوع البحث فهو مائة المصطلحة التربوية في اللغة الإندونيسية الدخيلة من اللغة العربية. و الطريقة المستعملة في هذا البحث هي دراسة وصفية نوعية بنموذج تحليل المحتوى. و النظريات المستعملة هي نظريات علم الدلالة التي تشتمل على المعنى المعجمي و الحقول الدلالية و العلاقات الدلالية و التطور الدلالي. و نتائج البحث هي: (1) من حيث المعنى المعجمي هناك التطور الدلالي من المعنى الأصلي إلى المعنى الاصطلاحي؛ (2) و من حيث الحقول الدلالية، باعتبار حقولها هناك موجودات و أحداث و مجردات. و من حيث علاقتها هناك جزئيات و كليات و اشتمالات و انواع و تنافرات ؛ ( 3) و من حيث العلاقات الدلالية هناك المصطلحات التربوية التي لها مترادفات و فروق لغوية و متضادات و مشتركات، و ليست لها العلاقات الدلالية المذكورة؛ (4) و من حيث تطورها الدلالي هناك المعاني تتطور عن طريق تضييق الدلالة و توسيعها و تغيير الاستعمال نحو طريق المجاز و لم تتطور معانيها. و نتائج التحليل للمصطلحات التربوية لها تضمين مهم في تصنيف المعجم المصطلح التربوي. و الاقتراح من هذا البحث علي المؤسسات و المتخصصين و المنفذين عن اللغة و التربية أن يهتموا المصطلحات التربوية في اللغة الإندونيسية الدخيلة من اللغة العربية لكشف معانيها فلسفيا حتى لا تكون الأخطاء في استعمالها. This research has been motivated by some of the terms in the Indonesian education absorbed from Arabic. The education terms relate to various aspects of education which includes: the function and purpose of education, the educators, the learners, the activities of education, the materials of education, the methods of education, the facilities of education, the environment of education, the time of education, the place of education, the levels of education, and the evaluation of education. The meaning of the terms has not known yet philosophically by Indonesian society in general, especially the education practitioners. This study aims to determine and to reveal the meanings of the education terms based on semantic theory and lexicography. The object of this study was a hundred of education terms in Indonesian, which are absorbed from Arabic. The method which is used in this research is descriptive qualitative by content analysis model. While the theoretical basis which is used is semantic theory, that includes lexical meaning, meaning field, the relation of the meaning, and the meaning of development. The findings of the study were: (1) in terms of lexical meaning, it has been found the development of the meaning, from the original meaning into the terminology meaning; (2) in term of the terrain of the meaning, based on the its terrain, there are maujud, ahdats, and mujarrad . Whereas in terms of its relationship, there are juzun , kullun , isytimal and tanafur; (3) in terms of meaning relations, there are some terms that have mutaradif, furuq mutadhad, and musytarak, and another ones do not have them; (4) in terms of the development of its meaning, there are some meanings which develo; in narrowing, extending, and increasing form, and its use changes into majaz, while another ones do not develop. The result of the education terms analysis has significant implications in creating a dictionary of education terms. And recommendation from this study is the institutions, the experts, the practitioners of language and education should have the full attention to the Indonesian education terms absorbed from Arabic, so that the meanings can be revealed philosophically and there will not be any mistakes in their use.
