Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas ritmik line dance terhadap tingkat kebugaran jasmani, kepercayaan diri dan minat belajar Penjas siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak sebanyak 104 siswa dari populasi 140 siswa di SMP Bina Putra Indonesia Ngamprah. Instrumen tes kebugaran jasmani adalah TKJI untuk rentang usia 13-15 tahun dengan validitas 0,95 dan reliabilitas 0,96. Hasil uji coba instrumen kepercayaan diri 55 butir soal valid dan reliabilitas 0,87. Hasil uji coba instrumen minat belajar 59 butir soal valid dan reliabilitas 0,96. Nilai rata-rata tes awal kebugaran jasmani kelompok eksperimen 13,36 dan rata-rata tes akhir sebesar 14,03. Nilai rata-rata tes awal kepercayaan diri kelompok eksperimen 206,50 dan rata-rata tes akhir 211,30. Nilai rata-rata tes awal minat belajar Penjas kelompok eksperimen 233,32 dan rata-rata tes akhir sebesar 236,36. Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikansi kesamaan dua rata-rata aktivitas ritmik line dance berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat belajar Penjas siswa dan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kebugaran jasmani dan kepercayaan diri siswa. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of line dance to the rhythmic activity level of physical fitness, self-confidence and interest in learning of physical education subject. The method used is an experimental method. Random sampling technique, 104 students from junior high school population of 140 students in Bina Putra Indonesia Ngamprah. Physical fitness test instrument is TKJI for age range 13-15 years with the validity and reliability 0.96 and 0.95. The results of testing instruments confidence 55 items were valid and reliability 0.87. The results of the test instrument interest in learning 59 items were valid and reliability 0.96. The average value of the initial physical fitness test experimental group average is 13.36 and a final test is 14.03. The average value of the initial test confidence experimental group average is 206.50 and 211.30 final test. The average value of the initial interest in learning of physical education subject test experimental group average is 233.32 and a final test is 236.36. Based on the results of significance test the equality of two average line dance rhythmic activity significantly affect students' learning interest of physical education subject and does not significantly affect physical fitness and self-confidence of students.
