Abstract

Sektor industri merupakan sektor yang memiliki kontribusi besar untuk meningkatkan perekonomian suatu daerah. Keberhasilan usaha suatu industri dapat dinilai ketika suatu perusahaan berhasil mencapai tujuan atau sasaran yang ditetapkan organisasi. Sebagian besar keberhasilan usaha sangat ditentukan oleh modal kerja yang dimiliki pengusaha. Ibarat mesin, modal kerja adalah oli pelumas yang dapat membuat mesin dapat bekerja dalam tingkat yang efektif. Modal kerja merupakan besarnya jumlah persediaan bahan, persediaan produk dan besarnya nilai uang yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung operasionalisasi suatu bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) memperoleh temuan mengenai modal kerja yang dimiliki pengusaha, 2) memperoleh temuan mengenai keberhasilan usaha yang dicapai oleh perusahaan, 3) memperoleh temuan mengenai seberapa besar modal kerja yang dimiliki pengusaha dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan usaha baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengusaha di Industri Lampu Gentur Kecamatan Warungkondang Kabupaten Cianjur. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah modal kerja, sedangkan keberhasilan usaha sebagai variabel tidak bebas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik sampel jenuh/sensus, dengan jumlah sampel 21 responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 21.0. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian menyatakan bahwamodal kerja berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha sebesar 51,9%. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa modal kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui analisis regresi linear sederhana terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari modal kerja terhadap keberhasilan usaha dalam penelitian ini bahwa kedua variabel ini memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial. The industrial sector has a great contribution to increase the economy of a region. Success criteria for an industry can be assessed when a company successfully achieve goals or targets of the organization. Most of successful business determined by availability of the working capital. Like a machine , working capital is lubricating oil which can make the machine works in an effective level . Working capital is a financial metric which represents operating liquidity available to business. Along fixed asset such as plant and equipment, working capital is considered a part of operating capital. The purpose of this research are (1) obtain findings on working capital that owned by the owner of enterprise, (2 ) obtain findings about how far the enterprise achieved it goals (3 ) obtain findings on influence of working capital for bussiness success. The object of this research is the owner of Gentur Lamp Enterprise, Warungkondang, Gentur, Cianjur Regency . Independent variable in this study is the working capital and business success as dependent variables . Type of research used is descriptive and verificative. Method that used in Explanatory is sample survey techniques Overdrive / census , with a total sample of 21 respondents . Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS 21.0 computer software. The results obtained in this research indicate that working capital has large effect on the business success up to 51,9 %. From the results of research on hypothesis testing, it is known that working capital has a positive influence on the success of the venture. Based on the research results through simple linear regression analysis there was a significant influence on the success of their business.
