Abstract
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah komitmen karyawan yang secara umum masih rendah, hal ini ditandai dengan sering terjadinya ketidakhadirannya karyawan/mangkir, keterlambatan dalam bekerja, dan kurangnya loyalitas karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Permasalahan ini harus segera diatasi agar komitmen karyawan terhadap perusahaan meningkat dan tujuan perusahaan tercapai. Indikasi dalam meningkatkan komitmen organisasi karyawan adalah dengan pengelolaan iklim organisasi dengan baik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai komitmen organisasi serta iklim organisasi dan sejauh mana pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi 58 orang karyawan,. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh memberikan kesimpulan bahwa iklim organisasi berada pada kategori tinggi dan komitmen organisasi berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan korelasi sebesar 0,550, artinya terdapat hubungan sedang. Hasil perhitungan analisis regresi sederhana didapat persamaan Y= 29,138 + 0,585X dan KD 30,2% artinya pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasisebesar 30,2% sedangkan sisanya 69,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. Kata Kunci: Iklim Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi Background of this research is that employee commitments are generally low. This case occurs due to absenteeism, retardation in work, and lack of loyalty of the employees for the company. These problems need to be finished up in order employee commitments for the company increase and the company could reach its goals. Indication in increasing employee organizational commitment is by managing organizational climate in a good way. Regarding the case, this research is aimed to find out the description about organizational commitment and organizational climate, and how far the influence of organizational climate towards organizational commitment is. This research applied descriptive and verification methods and employed 58 employees as population. Analysis techniques used are coefficient correlation pearson and simple regression analysis. The results gained conclude that organization climate are at high category and so are organizational commitment. The result of the calculation of correlation equals 0,550, it means the relationship between variables are moderate. The result of the calculation of simple regression analysis is Y= 29,138 + 0,585X and KD 30,2%, it means that the influence of corporate climate towards organizational commitment equals 30,2% and the rest of the result, 69,8% is affected by other factors or variables that are not examined by the writer.
