Abstract
Mustika Rengganingrum. 1002034. Religiusitas dan Gaya Hidup Konsumtif. Studi Korelasi pada Hijabers Community Bandung. Departemen Psikologi. Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk melihat secara empirik hubungan antara religiusitas dengan gaya hidup konsumtif pada Hijabers Community Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori religiusitas dari Tilliouine dan Belgoumidi (2009) dan teori gaya hidup konsumtif dari Sumartono (2002). Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Skala Religiusitas Islam dan Skala Gaya Hidup Konsumtif yang disusun menggunakan model summated rating dari Likert. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 92 orang yang terdiri dari anggota dan komite aktif Hijabers Community Bandung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis data Spearman’s rank menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara religiusitas dengan gaya hidup konsumtif pada 92 orang anggota Hijabers Community Bandung (r=0,079), dan religiusitas berkontribusi hanya sebesar 0,62% (R²=0,62) terhadap gaya hidup konsumtif. Tingkat korelasi religiusitas dan gaya hidup konsumtif pada Hijabers Community Bandung berada pada kategori sangat rendah. Saran yang diberikan untuk Hijabers Community Bandung yaitu melakukan pertimbangan akan kebutuhan dan kegunaan produk setiap akan mengkonsumsi suatu produk fashion agar terhindar dari segala sesuatu yang bersifat mubazir. A Correlational Study on Hijabers Community Bandung. Department of Psychology. Faculty of Education. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. This correlational study aims to empirically observe the relationship between religiosity and the consumptive lifestyle on Hijabers Community Bandung. This study uses Tilliouine and Belgoumidi’s theory of religiosity (2009) and Sumartono’s theory of consumptive lifestyle (2002). The data collection process was conducted by employing both the Islamic Religiosity Scale and the Consumptive Lifestyle Scale, compiled using summated rating model by Likert. Total of 92 subjects consisted of members and active committee of Hijabers Community Bandung. Sampling was taken by purposive sampling technique. The results of Spearman's rank data analysis show that there is a positive relation between religiosity and the consumptive lifestyle on the 92 members of Hijabers Community Bandung (r=0,079), and that religiosity contributes only by 0,62% (R² = 0,62) to the consumptive lifestyle. The correlation’s level of religiosity and consumptive lifestyle of Hijabers Community Bandung is at a very low category. Suggestion that can be given to Hijabers Community Bandung is doing consideration of the need and usefulness of each product will consume a fashion product to avoid anything that is redundant.
