Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan e-learning ATIOM terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Hotel Pullman & Ibis Styles Bandung Grand Central. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan pengguna e-learning ATIOM. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 100 karyawan yang aktif menggunakan e-learning ATIOM, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik statistik inferensial, termasuk regresi linier sederhana, korelasi Pearson, dan koefisien determinasi untuk mengukur hubungan serta kontribusi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan e-learning ATIOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Meskipun kontribusinya tidak terlalu besar, e-learning ATIOM dinilai efektif, terutama dalam aspek kemudahan akses dan fleksibilitas waktu belajar. Produktivitas kerja karyawan berada dalam kategori tinggi, dengan indikator kualitas kerja yang paling menonjol. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam hal kuantitas kerja dan konsistensi pemanfaatan e-learning ATIOM yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa e-learning ATIOM dapat menjadi strategi pendukung dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia di industri perhotelan. Namun, efektivitasnya lebih optimal jika diintegrasikan dengan metode pelatihan konvensional. Implementasi pembelajaran digital yang dikombinasikan dengan pelatihan langsung dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan kesiapan karyawan dalam menghadapi tantangan operasional di era digital. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, perusahaan disarankan untuk terus mengembangkan strategi pelatihan yang lebih adaptif guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing industri perhotelan. This study aims to analyze the influence of ATIOM e-learning utilization on employee productivity at Hotel Pullman & Ibis Styles Bandung Grand Central. This research employs a quantitative method using surveys through questionnaires distributed to 100 employees utilizing ATIOM e-learning, with a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression, Pearson correlation, and the coefficient of determination. The findings indicate that ATIOM e-learning has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity, although its contribution is relatively small. ATIOM e-learning is considered effective, particularly in terms of ease of use. Employee productivity falls into the high category, with work quality as the highest indicator. However, challenges remain in work quantity and the consistent utilization of ATIOM e-learning, which need further improvement. The implications of this study affirm that ATIOM e-learning can support human resource development in the hospitality sector, but its effectiveness is maximized when integrated with conventional training methods. Companies are advised to develop more adaptive training strategies by adding reminder features, interactive learning modules, and combining e-learning with direct training methods such as mentoring or industry case studies. With this approach, e-learning utilization not only enhances work efficiency but also supports the sustainable development of employee skills.
