    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran PKn berbasis numerasi yang efektif dalam memperkuat civic skills mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Reseach and Development (R&D) Model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation), dengan lokasi utama penelitian di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi kuesioner, tes, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji perbedaan skor dan uji regresi linier sederhana, serta perhitungan N-Gain dalam melihat perbedaan hasil dari kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) kondisi faktual civic skills mahasiswa masih rendah dan pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan keterampilan numerasi masih jarang dan implementasinya belum optimal, 2) Pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis numerasi dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan data visualisasi numerasi yang menggambarkan dinamika isu kewarganegaraan untuk memperkuat civic skills mahasiswa, dan 3) Uji efektivitas menyatakan menolak H0, artinya model pembelajaran PKn berbasis numerasi efektif dalam memperkuat civic skills mahasiswa, yang mencakup intellectual skill dan participatory skill. Hasil pengujian hipotesis tersebut diperkuat dengan uji perbedaan skor dan uji regresi linier sederhana yang menyatakan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor hasil kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, serta penghitungan NGain yang menunjukkan skor pada kelas eksperimen berada pada kriteria tinggi, berbeda signifikan dengan skor kelas kontrol yang berada pada kategori rendah. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran PKn berbasis numerasi terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat civic skills mahasiswa. The objective of this study is to produce a numeracy-based Civics learning model that is effective in strengthening students' civic skills. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) Model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation) desain, with the main research location at the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Data collection techniques used include questionnaires, tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. Hypothesis testing is carried out through score difference tests and simple linear regression tests, as well as N-Gain calculations to see the differences in results between the control and experimental classes. The results of the study indicate 1) the factual condition of students' civic skills is still low and learning by utilizing numeracy skills is still rare and its implementation is not optimal, 2) The development of a numeracy-based learning model is carried out by integrating numeracy-based data that describe the dynamics of civic issues to strengthen students' civic skills, and 3) The effectiveness test states that H0 is rejected, meaning that the numeracy-based Civics learning model is effective in strengthening students' civic skills, which include intellectual skills and participatory skills. The results of the hypothesis test are strengthened by a score difference test and a simple linear regression test which states that there is a significant difference between the scores of the experimental class and the control class, as well as the N-Gain calculation which shows that the scores in the experimental class are in the high criteria, significantly different from the scores of the control class which are in the low category. Thus, it is concluded that the numeracy-based Civics learning model is proven to be effective in strengthening students' civic skills.
