    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berjudul "Efektivitas Penggunaan Aplikasi Integral Tech terhadap Pelaksanaan Monitoring dan Evaluasi Pelatihan di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Provinsi Jawa Barat." Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Integral Tech (X) terhadap pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi pelatihan (Y). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen angket tertutup yang disebarkan kepada 100 peserta pelatihan pada tahun 2024. Hasil perhitungan Weighted Mean Score (WMS) menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi (X) maupun pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi pelatihan (Y) keduanya berada pada kategori sangat baik, dengan skor rata-rata masing-masing sebesar 3,28 dan 3,34. Uji normalitas dan linieritas data menunjukkan adanya distribusi data yang normal dan hubungan yang linier antarvariabel. Analisis korelasi Pearson menghasilkan koefisien r = 0,543, yang mengindikasikan adanya hubungan positif dan cukup kuat antara variabel X dan Y. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan (t hitung = 6,396 > t tabel = 1,661). Sementara itu, koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variabel X terhadap variabel Y adalah sebesar 29,5%. Analisis regresi sederhana menghasilkan persamaan Y = 39,595 + 0,361X. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Integral Tech berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi pelatihan di BPSDM Provinsi Jawa Barat. This quantitative study investigates the influence of the Integral Tech application’s effectiveness (X) in the implementation of training monitoring and evaluation (Y) at the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of West Java Province. The method employed was a quantitative approach with descriptive statistical analysis. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire instrument distributed to 100 trainees in 2024. The results of the Weighted Mean Score (WMS) indicated that the effectiveness of application use (X) and the implementation of training monitoring and evaluation (Y) were both in the very good category, with mean scores of 3.28 and 3.34, respectively. The normality and linearity tests confirmed a normal data distribution and a linear relationship between variables. Pearson's correlation analysis yielded a coefficient of r = 0.543, which indicates a positive and moderately strong relationship between variables X and Y. The results of the t-test showed a statistically significant influence (t count = 6.396 > t table = 1.661). Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R2) showed that the contribution of variable X to variable Y is 29.5%. A simple regression analysis yields the equation Y = 39.595 + 0.361X. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the Integral Tech application has a positive and significant effect in the implementation of monitoring and evaluation of training at the BPSDM of West Java Province.
