Abstract
Anemia pada remaja masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Indonesia, salah satunya disebabkan oleh rendahnya literasi gizi. Literasi gizi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja mengenai pencegahan anemia. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan literasi gizi adalah melalui penggunaan media edukasi yang menarik, berupa e-booklet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media e-booklet sebagai media literasi gizi pencegahan anemia pada remaja usia 15-19 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) yang dibatasi hingga tahap Development dengan melibatkan validasi ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-booklet yang dikembangkan dinilai sesuai dan layak ditinjau dari aspek materi, bahasa, dan media setelah dilakukan perbaikan dari saran yang diberikan oleh validator ahli. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media e-booklet ini layak digunakan sebagai media edukasi gizi untuk meningkatkan literasi gizi remaja mengenai pencegahan anemia. Adolescent anemia remains a significant health problem in Indonesia, partly due to low levels of nutrition literacy. Nutrition literacy plays an important role in increasing adolescents’ knowledge of anemia prevention. One effort to improve nutrition literacy is through the use of engaging educational media, such as an e-booklet. This study aims to design and develop an e-booklet as a medium for nutrition literacy in the prevention of anemia among adolescents aged 15–19 years. The research method employed was Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), limited to the Development stage with validation from material experts, language experts, and media experts. The research instrument used was a validation sheet. The results showed that the developed e-booklet was deemed appropriate and feasible in terms of content, language, and media after revisions were made based on the experts’ suggestions. Thus, it can be concluded that the e-booklet is feasible to be used as a nutrition education medium to improve adolescents’ nutrition literacy in preventing anemia.
