Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh latihan pliometrik Double Leg Speed Hop, Single Leg Hurdle Hop, dan kombinasi keduanya terhadap kecepatan dan ketepatan tendangan sabit pada pencak silat tanding. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen murni dengan desain pre-test post-test control group pada 15 atlet usia 15–18 tahun yang berlatih selama 4 minggu (12 pertemuan). Kecepatan diukur menggunakan aplikasi Kinovea, sedangkan ketepatan melalui lembar penilaian teknik. Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan semua kelompok mengalami peningkatan signifikan pada kecepatan dan ketepatan (p < 0,05). Uji ANOVA memperlihatkan perbedaan signifikan pada kecepatan (p = 0,002), dengan uji lanjut Bonferroni menegaskan bahwa kelompok kombinasi lebih unggul dibandingkan latihan tunggal. Sebaliknya, pada ketepatan tidak ditemukan perbedaan signifikan antar kelompok (p = 0,898). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan pliometrik efektif meningkatkan performa tendangan sabit, khususnya kombinasi yang lebih optimal dalam aspek kecepatan, sementara ketepatan lebih dipengaruhi oleh penguasaan teknik dan konsentrasi. This study aims to analyze the effect of plyometric training Double Leg Speed Hop, Single Leg Hurdle Hop, and a combination of both on the speed and accuracy of the crescent kick in pencak silat competition. The method used was a pure experiment with a pre-test post-test control group design on 15 athletes aged 15–18 years who trained for 4 weeks (12 meetings). Speed was measured using the Kinovea application, while accuracy was measured using a technique assessment sheet. The results of the paired sample t-test showed that all groups experienced significant improvements in speed and accuracy (p < 0.05). The ANOVA test showed a significant difference in speed (p = 0.002), with further Bonferroni tests confirming that the combination group was superior to the single training. Conversely, there was no significant difference in accuracy between groups (p = 0.898). It can be concluded that plyometric training is effective in improving crescent kick performance, especially the combination which is more optimal in terms of speed, while accuracy is more influenced by mastery of technique and concentration..
